Carpet Installation
Owner did not fulfill services as agreed. He failed to begin the job when scheduled. He left me hanging then, a week after he failed to begin the job, he suggested I find another flooring person. The tenants waiting to rent the unit became homeless because services had to be secured elsewhere at a very late date. The unprofessionalism of this outfit is its main feature. Over those last three weeks, the owner refused to respond to numerous contacts, both by phone and text. When he did contact me, he said it was my fault services on my unit were not done in timely fashion. I strongly recommend to any reading this to avoid this company.

Carpet Installation
They were hired by my contractor, so I didn't have to deal with them untl there was a problem. They would not take my calls after I made complaints.
