What a mistake!! They are AWFUL- especially for $600/month! I’ve been a landlord for 20+ years- seen a lot, and they are truly the bottom of the barrel. Company pays vendors inaccurately- sometimes twice, sometimes not at all. Terrible record keeping- I was even sent a hard copy of another owners account by mistake! Pathetic attempt at a monthly spreadsheet, zero help with service requests- apparently their staff is “too busy” to do what they were hired to do. Unfortunately a family owned/run place- no accountability. Look elsewhere for professional management services.

tell you all u want to here - then down the road- the maintenance on property slows and stops - then out comes excuses book - and offer to charge more rent to cover costs - LIARS- CHEATS
