 + -1 moreDave has done several things for us over this past month from installing cabinets to replacing a water damaged floor in a bathroom. We could not ask for a better contractor. His responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work are outstanding. We will continue to use Dave for all of our remodeling needs. You can't go wrong with his honesty and integrity.
Description of Work: Installed cabinets in our laundry room including trim and placing of washer and dryer. Installed new bathroom vanity, set toilet and did all trim work. Repaired a damaged floor in our master bath.

 + -1 moreKreps Construction was referred to me by a local business woman. After reviewing five candidates for the job, I made the decision to go with Kreps Construction because of the professionalism of Dave Kreps and the fact that he could do everything I wanted done. A bid for the work was requested and supplied in writing with timelines and prices. However, as the work progressed, I decided that I wanted things that were not in the original bid and Kreps accommodated my request with ease. The professionals Kreps brought in provided quality and cost efficient work in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Services: Kitchen - Cabinets, counter top, heated tile flooring, island, entry - tile flooring, Office, cabinets. Whole house: painting, carpet, tile. Garage: completion of garage wall, painting, electrical outlets. Master bath, heated tile flooring Dave Kreps served as a guide between what was wanted and what was practical and cost effective. In all instances, he tried to save money and yet delivered quality work in a timely manner. My role was done remotely as I was located in Arizona, and my home is in Washington. Kreps was responsive and delivered what was promised when it was promised.
