We would highly recommend Suzi Schuenemann. She put together a group of houses in different areas that she thought we would like based on the time she spent with us and questions she asked us in regards to what we are looking for. The next time we met with Suzi we spent 4-5 hours with her showing us many house in our price range and the different areas around Sequim. 
Although we were not in the market to buy a house that week, Suzi definitely helped make us feel good about the direction we are planning with our retirement. 
We will be sure to call on Suzi and John L Scott Real Estate when the time comes for us to move.

We contacted Simone and explained what we were looking for.  She pulled a list of homes that looked like they met our requirements and we spend a couple of days driving around the area, checking out the neighborhoods until we were better able to fine tune our requirements.
Simone kept us apprised of any new offerings, arranged visits to the houses.
She offered good advice as we wrote up our offer and continued to well represent our interests during the closing process.

Scott and their website.  They have been very helpful.  They charge like any Real Estate, they charge a percentage of the sale of the home.  They have a good website and search tools.  Their staff is made up of independent agents, we like the agent we are working with.

Amazing - from figuring out to what exactly we were looking for to going out and finding that perfect answer our needs and wants, Brenda was there every step of the way. We were relocating and needed to find a place to buy in a hurry. Brenda guided us through the options in a way that kept us from jumping at the first opportunity, waiting for the right choice.
