Jerry was quick to respond to our initial inquiry. We had a very large tree that had grown to over 30' high and branches were against the sides of the house and this tree needed to be severely trimmed. There were also several fruit trees that needed attention. This property had been neglected for several years and was in need of care. Jerry agreed with us to save the trees, not cut them down. The only problem with his service was two "no-show" appts. And, he had quickly done the initial work and it was not complete. However, after contacting him and complaining - he returned to the property and did an excellent job. End result is that we are very satisfied with his work and will use his services in the future.
