Dave's Moss Away

After blowing off roof, scraping moss by hand and treating with safe moss deterrent, my 15 year old roof looks like new. Will have Dave treat my roof yearly and it is already scheduled for next near. A hard worker, polite and did a wonderful job of cleanup after treatment of the roof.

Dave did a wonderful job. The moss was so bad that I was surprised that he could get it all off in one day. After the moss was removed (by hand) he treated the roofs with non-toxic liquid to suppress new growth. It was expensive for sure, but with yearly treatment (about $200) that's all I'll have to do from now on. I really like the non-toxic aspect of the whole process. He cleaned up nicely after himself. Oh, and the gutters are clean now, too.

Did a GREAT Job on Moss Cleaning of Tile Roof. Gutter cleaning another story - used leaf blower to clean gutters, very messy. Dave is expensive; however, I believe the ol "You Get What You Pay For", would recommend Dave for Roof Moss Cleaning & Treatment but not for Gutter Cleaning.

Dave was here ~ 5 hours and worked the whole time.
Let's face it - roof & gutter cleaning is a messy job, especially when using a leaf blower; we held off having outside windows washed
for this very reason.  Dave did a good job cleaning-up, washed mud off rear deck and leaf blew debrie off sidewalk and garage apron.
I will pressure wash the apron and sidewalk for final cleaning - planned on doing this anyway.  Had to sweep front porch, again - no problem.
I figure this roof treatment and gutter cleaning will last two years so the $542 cost is reasonble for a Bonded/Insured and Professional
job.
Noticed one reviewer had a problem getting an price estimate from Dave; this was also my problem, Dave is not big on estimates, however, there are not many roof moss treatment  personnel in my area and there is an ol' Chineese Proverb -" You Get What You Pay For".

I was amazed at the time and care taken by Dave to clean the moss from our roof. He worked the better part of a day to complete the job. He guaranteed that no moss will return with the coming year. We also signed up for a yearly application of moss preventer to maintain our roof. Dave is a hard worker and does an exceptional cleanup of the removed moss--a true professional.
