Real Estate Service
We purchased a distressed property that was listed by Alan Burwell of Windermere Real Estate. He was exceptional in every way and skillfully negotiated a very complicated purchase. We encountered numerous obstacles due to the distressed condition of the house and to it being an estate sale, but Alan was able to offer a solution each time. We could not have completed the purchase without Alan's experience and knowledge. Alan is an honest and ethical Realtor, and we were more than pleased with his service.
