The only problem that we had was getting the workers to come at the appointed time and day. I would have preferred it if Hershel Corbin would call me if they would be unable to come. I was supposed to have the gutters on Wed. Oct. 9 at 1 pm. No one called
to tell me that the crew wouldn't be here. I called and was told the crew would be here on the following Monday Oct. 14 first thing.
I called when they did not show.
On Wed Oct 15 the crew came at 8am. They were very efficient. They got the job done quickly. The crew told me that the truck
was not working correctly over the past weeks. The truck forms the gutters on site.
The crew got the job done quickly and the gutters look perfect with mitered corners. It really makes the house look classy. Every corner looks beautiful.
The owner should have told me on the first day and before the crew was to arrive, about the problems they were having. I would have understood the problem. He should have contacted the crew to see when they would be able to come.
Customers cannot just sit and wait for workers to show up. We work too. We need the owner to realize that we have to take time
off from work so workers can work.
If the owner can get the scheduling correct and contact the customer I would recommend them highly. The quality of work done is excellent.

I dreaded this process, but Herschel Corbin is VERY professional. Everything that we discussed was put down in writing and then adhered to. He was flexible about changes and put any changes in writing. His people were punctual and polite and worked quickly and efficiently as far as I could see. Some work had to be done in the house and Mr. Corbin was very strict about which workers could come in the house. (He even brought a port o potty for the crew, so that we would not be disturbed). The work went quickly, the finished job looks wonderful and they cleaned up everything from the yard when they were done.

At first I thought they weren't going to come as scheduled. But after 2 phone calls the work crew showed up and did the job. It looked great! Fortunately, we had a small rain shower the next day and I was able to observe a very small gap between the gutter and the house that would have produced an ice slick during freezing weather. I called the company and the crew came back the next day and fixed it, no additional charge. I am happy with the result.
