Serving the Long Beach Peninsula and its visitors since 1980. We are the only AAA approved repair facility in Pacific County and offer a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty on all repair. Each repair also comes with a complimentary car wash and vacuum. Come on in and give us a try.

When I tell people "I go to Box K", I've had some people respond "They're pricey". I reply, "but I've never had to have the work done over. It's always been done right". And those same people nod, and say "True".
When I first got to the peninsula, I tried several different garages/mechanics, some here, some in Astoria...but when I found Box K, I didn't need to keep trying/looking.
They give me a ride home & pick me up so I don't have to bother anyone else rides.
I count on their repairs, and have never had to have anything 're-done'.
I've called up from Olympia: "Doug, my car won't start and is making this funny noise, what do I do next?" And he walked me through steps over the phone, and I got on the road again. He remembered my car, the current "to-do" list of upcoming recommended repairs/replacements, and the work that had already been done (yes, it's on their computer, too).
I'm VERY satisfied with having Box K as my answer to "who works on your car?"

Waited while services performed because it is inconvenient to drop off and pick up due to distance from my home. Almost two hours spent reading on my Kindle. Complimentary car washing and vacuuming was not thorough.

I have been using their services for about eight years. I have worked closely with Doug and Mindy. Their technicians are great as well and they have caught many things that I don't see that needed repaired. They are quick and do great quality work. They will even pick me up and drop me off while they have my car in their shop. One of their technicians, Michael, will wash the car every time each time they complete any repair. They are very good!

The folks who work at Box K are extremely friendly and professional. We were very pleased with the quality of work performed. In my opinion, the prices were a bit higher than what one would expect to pay at a larger city shop. However, there is limited competition for repair shops in the area, so you pay a bit more. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work performed here.

My car broke down and we didn't know where to go since we were new to the area. Someone from the community referred us to Box K. What a great surprise to see such a clean shop and friendly people. They gave us a ride home so we didn't have to sit there and wait. The figured out what was wrong then called us with an estimate before doing the work. When the car was done they came and picked me up and had us back on the road in a few hours. I would highly recommend this shop to ANYONE and EVERYONE. They even gave me a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty on the repair!
