It was the owner that came out, he was right on time exactly. They did what they said they were going and when they were going to do it. to do. This is the second year we have used them.

That was good. They did a great job in our carpets and everything. It was good. It was a good price. He actually said he probably should have charged me more but he stuck to the price.

couple stains remained but maybe too old or deep to remove.

Cleaner claimed he did not see bad patches and spots. He also missed whole areas. I should have shadowed him the whole time, but after I pointed out 2 spots that needed extra attention, he just rushed to to completion. I spent 6 hours removing all furniture i could to make his job easier. I should have been the one paid. Not pleased, I will be calling a different company to come in and complete the work requested. Where did they get their reviews? I am feeling cheated, disappointed, taken advantage of. Not good feelings.

My floors are pretty ugly to begin with, so the work performed did not really help at all.  I think the guy could have just warned me of that, and offered to refund my Angie's List Big Deal, instead of performing the work.

Provider was scheduled to clean tile in the bathroom and carpet.  For the second time the provider forgot the clean the tile in the bathroom.  The carpet cleaning job was also quite poor.  So much water was left on the carpet that it took two days to dry.  The carpet still looked quite dirty after the cleaning.  Some areas were even worse than before the carpet cleaning as their machine leaves black streaks on the carpet.  I borrowed a friends consumer grade carpet cleaner and all the spots on the carpet easily came out. 

After two poor cleanings, I would not use this provider again, nor would I recommend it to another.

Provider did an excellent job.  He was friendly and yet professional.  I would have them back again next time I need that type of cleaning.

The provider was punctual and very nice. They had to return the next day to re-do the kitchen area floor because of some streaks/swirl marks in the finish that would not be covered by a rug. In hindsight it was a mistake because the entire floor needed to be recoated and since we didn't re-clean/sweep it, consequently we have several ares where dog hair etc is now in the coating. We've noticed more areas with "swirl" marks in the finish that show up in certain light. The floor is noticeably cleaner though, and we are grateful for that.

Great! On time, looks great.  Simple instructions too.

NOT REAL PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS -- THE FLOORS WEREN'T CLEANED WELL ENOUGH, SO WE NOW HAVE HAIR AND OTHER DEBRIS AS PART OF THE FLOOR'S COAT

THE MAN THAT DID THE WORK WAS PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL -- BUT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS BELOW STANDARD

Overall it went fine.  Every nice gentleman.  The order was much worse than I expected and I had not made plans to be out of the house and take my animals, so would recommend to others to do so.
