The workers, (Sean Perez & Jonathan) were prompt and professional. They wore shoe coverings and masks and cleaned up the areas well. we are very pleased with all of the work done and would definitely recommend them and would hire them again. The work was done 4/6 and 4/21/2020 A+!

It was easy to reach and book a time with Wire Craft. Rich was very responsive in helping us book an appointment soon after we called. He explained how they charge: by the job, not the hour. Josh arrived exactly on time, was very courteous, repeated the explanation of how we would be billed and the approach he would take with our rather difficult-to-diagnose breaker issue. He spent the next few hours checking wiring and replacing the (newish) AFCI breaker that was thought to be causing problems. He warned us that he could check everything and replace the circuit and the problem could recur. We weren't too happy to hear that, but approved his recommendation, which looked like our best option. The disappointing part came when, after spending hundreds, we had the new circuit trip almost immediately when we reloaded it that evening. My husband quickly identified our laser printer, which Josh had not plugged in after finishing his work, as the problem. We're happy we found the problem with his help, but it felt frustrating that after what we spent for the diagnosis, Josh didn't take that last step of plugging the printer back and telling us, "Here's your problem." We subsequently contacted Wire Craft about getting an adjustment considering this point of frustration and came to a compromise on the final price, which we appreciated. We were happy with the fan installation and would consider hiring Wire Craft again.

I called up this Josh guy, and he said the guy installed it the way he was supposed to and it works and so, there was really nothing he could do. I said I had pictures of the installation and he said, 'Well that's great!' He showed me the name of the manufacturer I bought it from. He asked me to send it to them and if they said the installation was bad, he would take care of it. I sent the pictures off to the company who manufactured the radiant heating. It took them a few months to get back to me. Eventually, with a little probing, they got back to me. The owner of the company writes me an email and says, 'This is the worst installation I have ever seen in my life!' This was done by a sub contractor of Josh. I sent the email to him and Josh said, 'Okay then, we will fix it.' He hires another sub contractor. Josh is an electrician and on the bathroom floor, you have got a lot of tile work. The contractor rips off all the tiles on the floor, took out all the electrical wiring, replaced the radiant wiring, bought new tiles and installed the new tiles. I paid Josh zero. I didn't pay him zero because I was pissed off but because that's what he sent me the invoice for. He said, 'Lee you know what, it got screwed up, it is under warranty, I will pay for it. I guarantee my work.' He invoiced me zero and I paid him zero. I am an electrical engineer. When I asked him originally about putting in a modern electrical system, and I said, 'What kind of equipment are you is going to use?' He told me the brands of the equipment. I happen to know that it is the top notch equipment. He was the lowest bidder. So here he is, the lowest bidder, he is using the highest quality equipment, he tells me he will be out on Friday and he shows up Friday. He says he will be done in a week, and he's done in a week! How else could I not give him the highest rating in the world? I just can't rate him more highly! I would give him an A with twelve pluses if you had that rating.

Josh was prompt, exactly on time. He explained what he was doing and explained the choices of switches. He also checked the electrical panel, which was 10 years old and was fine. He was efficient and professional and very pleasant. Very good experience.

Was referred to this company by another electrical contractor who we used for a prior remodel. That company was short of staff and suggested WireCraft. I contacted them by email and received a prompt response. They had a cancellation for the next day so I set up an appointment. The electrician (Adam) was a bit early and called me to let me know in advance. The job took a little over two hours to install a new outlet at TV level (we had one below near the baseboard) and run coax in the attic from the coax junction box. The end result was totally hidden wires. Adam was a nice guy and was thoughtful as to how to best approach the job and location of the power and cable boxes. Very pleased that I received prompt service and a quality installation. Labor was $110 per hour.

Both Joel and Josh were very professional on a couple of initial phone calls and I got a favorable impression of them from our conversations. We set a date and time and Joel called an hour ahead to reconfirm that he would be there by that time.
Joel worked quickly and, as home improvement jobs sometimes go, there was, of course, a problem. The piece of chain provided from the factory with the chandelier was only a couple of feet long, at most, when the correct chain length included should have been six feet. We discussed our choices and decided Joel would go to the nearby Ace Hardware and hopefully find the right chain for this purpose. He was able to do that and still get the job done in the two hours allotted in the estimate. Joel finished the job and all was done to my satisfaction.
Joel was pleasant the whole time and unflustered by the predicament caused by the too-short chain. He found a solution and saw it through, and still completed the job satisfactorily within the expected time frame. Minutes before, I had visions of this job ending up costing us much more than the estimate and, happily, that was not the case.
Joel's skill, pleasant personality, and professionalism all impressed me. And my brief experience with Josh by phone was also very satisfactory. They had been recommended by a neighbor who had Wire Craft install two chandeliers and was very well pleased with them also. I would recommend Wire Craft without hesitation.

The bad GFI outlet was what was killing power to the other two outlets, so once Joel replaced that we were good to go.
He used an outlet I had on had, and actually had to use two. The original bad GFI was replaced with a new, also bad GFI, and by the time we were on our 2nd replacement GFI, it finally worked.
He also tested the remaining 2 outlets to verify that the only reason they had issues were because of the bad GFI.
I will say that I wasn't very happy that he was nearly 30 minutes late to the appointment, but he had called to let me know he was running late due to traffic. I checked WSDOT's traffic map and raffic was very bad that day, so I understood. However, he let it slip later that he couldn't find his keys and that was less than impressive.
I'm not sure how satisfied I am about the price. It was $220 + tax (their minimum for a call-out), and from what I can tell on the invoice, if I hadn't had the GFI replacements myself they would have also charged me for those (probably industry standard). Because this is my first time calling out an electrician (1st time homeowner), I have no frame of reference for if that is or is not a competitive price.
However, being my first time calling out an electrician, I didn't care how much it was and went with a company that I knew the reputation of. I know the owners and know that if there had been any problems we would get it taken care of.
All in all, I'm planning on some future jobs and I'll definitely be calling them again.

They are very organized, professional, effective and efficient. They are always on time, clean up after them selves, and are very knowledgeable. They have great tips and advice on projects.

Josh Miller, the president of WireCraft (who had done the estimate) showed up the first morning and walked through the house with me and the electricians to go over everything to be done. There were outlets and tasks throughout the house to be fixed. He made clear our options for all the work to be done. The work took longer than expected, but the electricians showed me some of what they were up against in an older house -- for example, one switch had been installed using masking tape. As the work moved on to individual outlets and other smaller tasks, they checked with me whenever they had a question about how we wanted it done. They tested all the outlets and replaced the older ones (that lacked ground). Finally, the connection to the mast - up on the roof - needed to be re-insulated. Josh set up the code inspection. When the inspector looked over the work, he found only a few minor things. WireCraft fixed them and arranged the re-inspection to verify they were fixed correctly.
