VanGlo has great rapport and understanding for our dog and her needs. She was fabulous, dependable, and very caring!

Gloria came over a couple days before we left to get instructions, including the code for our alarm system, she took detailed notes, then we gave her our keys. While we were away she kept us updated with emails and photos of our cats, and when we returned she left the key for us and we paid her!
She is very respectful and our cats are always happy to see her.
