USAA INSURANCE CO

My husband was in the military. One time we had a water valve break in our bathroom. There was water everywhere. They took care of that. In the vanity area. It was a mess. We have compared others from time to time. They are by far the best. For us for car insurance and house insurance and so forth.

It is going excellently due to USAA's excellent service. They are handling so many of the details that it is just a pleasure to work with them. They make a traumatic circumstance into an easy inspiring event in my opinion. And they have linked me up with a preferred contractor that is excellent. The contractor volunteered to me that I have the best insurance company there is too.

I have USAA insurance on my house and my vehicles at several hundred dollars below my previous insurance company rates. On any rating service, they scored high across the board. I have greater coverage at less cost. The people I talked to were very helpful. I am sorry I did not look into them sooner. I qualified because I am a Vietnam combat veteran (1971).

It could not have been easier and my insurance rates did not go up.

I contacted the home office with a question. I was not put on hold or sent through a series of automated commands. A real person came on the line immediately and answered my question.

USAA provides auto insurance for my family. They always have great customer service and their prices are very competitive. I like the fact that they only cater to military and government personnel (former/active).

Everything has been fantastic. They always cleared up any glitches with me, and they have been very quick to respond to any issues I have had. They are extremely responsive, and I couldn't ask for anything more from an insurance provider.

USAA Agent misrepresented themselves to obtain higher premium and was rude over the phone.
