It's a fine dealership, and they're nice, and they loan me a car, and everything was fine. I take my car there yearly.

I purchased my car from them years ago and have brought it in every six months for service and detailing. I was scheduled for service on Feb. 3, but walked out of there. The customer service is not good. When I arrived, there were two customer reps. One was on the phone and the other one just ignored me. Only the cashier acknowledged my presence, and she could not help as I was dropping my car off and getting a loaner car. So I went outside for a minute, and then came back in. I was still ignored by the one free customer rep. So I told the cashier I would reschedule and left. This place has always been a "downer" walking in there. With the exception of one, none of the customer reps has a smile on their face and look happy to be of service. In fact, they look like they might even not like their jobs. And never a "thank you for your business" when paying. The Feb. 3 incident was the "last straw" and I will not be going back there due to the lack of customer service. I want and deserve better.

Overcharged by more than $1000. I called 4 other local VW dealers and they all quoted more than $1000 less than what I was charged. Service attendant insisted she was giving the right quote. I called and spoke with the service manager who refunded $1150 in the end.

I have a diesel car so it is more expensive to change oil because it needs very special oil. They always take good care of me. I don't really have any complaints. I have always serviced my car through them because they treat me well. Their prices seem to be pretty reasonable.

They are always very positive, helpful, competent and convenient. There was a time when they fixed something in my car, but by fixing it something else broke; but they took care of that so I have trust in them.

They found the exact car I wanted and worked with me to close a fair and equitable deal.

They are very nice. They are very polite and friendly. They are very helpful. When you have an appointment, they do things quickly. My feeling is that dealers always find more to do. They say that you car has run this much and manufacturer says that you need to do this. They do not bargain on charges.

I purchased a 2007 Passat from University VW. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from University VW.
The vehicle I purchased had approximately 250 miles logged on it. The salesperson told me this is because the car came to University VW through a trade with another dealer in the region. To compensate me for the mileage on the car, the salesperson committed to installing a chrome tailpipe cover on the Passat since I mentioned that I liked how the tailpipe cover looked on the Jetta Wolfsburg model that they carried in the lot.
When I signed the paperwork, this tailpipe cover was not listed as an add-on. I was dealing with a different person and they assured me that it was not an issue that the tailpipe cover was not listed in the paperwork, saying they did not have the authority to add it, but that the salesperson would honor it. I signed and went home with the car.
I came by the dealership a week later to talk with the salesperson about next steps for getting the tailpipe cover. He told me that he researched it and it was too expensive for him, saying that he would have to cover it out of his own pocket. He said that if I purchased one, he can get a tech to install it. I was not satisfied and told him that was not the deal we had agreed to.
A few weeks later I called the sales manager. While I was on the call, he called the salesperson into his office. The salesperson must have thought I was on hold, and with me on the phone (I could hear the conversation) admitted to telling me that he'd give me the tailpipe cover, but that it was not in writing so the manager can blow me off. The manager then came back on the receiver and told me that since it was not in writing there was nothing he could do. I told him that I heard the conversation and would not give him any business in the future.

University Volkswagen Aud.
University Volkswagen Aud., are extremely professional! Our vehicle is always returned clean and extremely well serviced. They are very, very good at identifying things that we should be well aware of. Accommodating and very high quality work, very easy to work with, the service representatives are outstanding, great in communication with us on what is being done, why it is being done, why the amount of cost, and what our options are. All around outstanding experience!

Suggest that any individual who gets service from University VW verify that service was infact accomplished. My car broke down after my service was done and another VW dealership strongly suggested that service was not done by UVW and resulted in the breakdown. Called UVW to discuss and Service Manager was less than concerned about it. He seemed very indifferent. Cannot prove it and he knows that and that's how he responded. I would normally chalk it up to a one time experience but it was not the first time I had my doubts about their work. They seem to be very hit and miss at best. Just make sure the work was done - get the parts and documentation.

It is my regular dealer and I use them all the time. I was not charged because it was a recall and they are service focused. Within 48 hours my car was in and the repair was taken care of promptly and it was easy. They handled it very well and the quality also seems to be top-notch.

Easily made an appointment to have my Passat serviced and dropped it off at the appointed time. Kyondra, the customer service rep I spoke with, told me the service should be complete within an hour and she'd notify me by calling my cell phone when the work was complete. After an hour and ten minutes had passed, I returned to see what was going on. Kyondra was gone, so I asked another customer service rep if my car was ready. When she told me it was ready, I asked why I had not been notified as Kyondra had told me they would. She explained that Kyondra had gone to the doctor, but offered no apology nor even seemed bothered by the communication breakdown. I’m satisfied with the work they did, but not satisfied with their failure to notify me and their lack of contrition.

They were pretty good. They were very helpful in financing and trading my old car. The experience went very well that s why we bought two cars from them. Chris brown was the one who helped us both times and he was just good. He is a total sales dude and was very responsive, he calls and checks on you and he was good with my kids.

I called because my car said it needed service and they checked the computer and even though I had never gotten it serviced there, they were able to tell that someone at another dealership had forgotten to reset the service indicator thing. Since I was going in there anyway, I had them fix a problem with one of my headlights and do some Audi recommended updates. They did it all for free in one day and even picked me up at home when it was done.

I have used them for a long time. I like that they give me a loan car. They seem professional. They seemed very responsible. They would call to tell my you if the estimate has changed.
