Technician John G came by and did a great and thorough job of leak detecting. he was very friendly, professional and easy to work with. These guys are great, call them for leaking pipes !

Awesome. He quickly and accurately located the underground leak in my water pipes between the city pipes to my house. Well worth the money. Only got a B on responsiveness because they are so good that they are so booked, so I had to wait s couple of days.

He treated us like family. He was a nice guy. He was professional. He was quick in locating the leak.

The service person had difficulty locating the leak and did not charge extra even though his work time was over what he had first anticipated. He was pleasant, unobtrusive and professional. If the need arose I would certainly call him again.

They were very good. They did the work, and gave us a bid. They came in with a bid. They just got things done right away, and didn't fool around. They did a good job.

Assessed where leak was coming from, able to open portion of sidewalk, find the cause of the leak and fix the pipe, all within 2 days. Professional, Courteous, Explained all the things he found, what needed to be done, and how he would proceed. Cost was reasonable, and expected for this type of repair. Would Recommend to others. First call was during very cold weather, ground was frozen and impossible to find leak by listening for bubbles. It took 3 more visits to probe the line and finally use helium to find the leak near the house. It was a difficult, time-consuming, and costly job but very difficult for me to do myself. Service people were very professional but I wonder if it was worth it because I replaced the water line rather than repairing the leak. The process did show me that I had Quest blue poly pipe, which I did not know and I did not know that the Quest pipe was such junk (class action lawsuit). So I suppose $500 was fairly well spent even though it did not fix anything.

They came on time and scanned the lawn. Since the leak was deep down, they couldn't get a very precise location but they got an area about 3 feet square as an estimate. They were on time and professional.

We had no complaints. They found the leak and we only had to pay the minimum charge.

I called underground first thing Monday morning to see if they could come out and find the leak for me. At first they said that they could maybe make it Tuesday, or maybe not until Wednesday. Imagine my surprise when I got a call back at 11:30 am on Monday and they had fit me in. Steve showed up promptly and went right to work. The leak was especially hard to find since it our water line intersected with the leach line of our septic. He continued to assess the area and low and behold he found the area where the leak was coming from. Thanks Steve for the great job! The dogs say hello and thanks for visiting. :)

PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, TIMELY. LOCATED LEAK UNDER CONCRETE PAD WITHIN 2 FEET OF ACTUAL LEAK. AGREED WITH MY CHOICE OF COMPANY TO PERFORM REPAIR.

STEVE WAS ON TIME AND VERY NICE. THE LEAK WAS NOT WHERE HE SAID IT WAS. THEY WERE OVERPRICED.
