If I could give zero stars I would have. Worst lawn care service. Their customer service dept is a joke. Been going back and forth with them for 4 weeks. In this rabbit hole of customer service and promises which do not happen. Just wasting my time with promises and them not following through. Can’t ever speak with anyone except their customer services who just sends out messages and makes promises they can’t keep.

I think the products TruGreen uses is of the highest quality. If weeds are not gone in 7 days, call and they come out again for free., just like Scotts Lawn Service.
  I have used this service for over two years now.
  The people who actually service the lawn are usually professional.
  Their phones are manned by a Call Service throughout the US, so when you call you will RARELY talk to someone locally.
  Communication is my biggest issue with them because it is so frustrating. It seems to be internal as well with the offices not communicating with the drivers and the drivers not communicating with the office.
  Their side services such as "Seeding & Aeration" are overly persistent, pushy even.  The ladies in this area have been rude even. This service itself is great and I would recommend it highly. They want to come out both in the fall and the spring, which I do not know if this a good idea.
  I have had both TruGreen and Scotts Lawn Care and our lawn has done better with the fertilizers and products TruGreen has used on it. I do miss Scotts customer service, which is top notch.
  Now if I can just find a service that will get rid of the Bluegrass weeds that have invaded us, I would go to them in a heartbeat. Neither TruGreen or Scotts say they can do that. They both tell me that only the golf courses do because it is so expensive.

full year service

It was really quite satisfactory. They were efficient, punctual, and delivered what they advertise. They did what they said they were going to do. The results were mostly satisfactory.

They are pretty good and very dependable. We have to unlock the gate and if we forget to unlock our gate then they come back with no problem. Our trees and shrubs seem to be very healthy. The company is well-established and it is a known commodity. They are professional.

I recommend them. I don't have any problems with them. Their prices are average. The quality of service is excellent. I'll continue to use their services in the future.

Their products really do the job for my lawn. They have helped make my lawn the greenest and most weed free in the neighborhood ever since they started working on it. Their pricing is appropriate. They always call me before they come since I have dogs and to double check if I am available. I have asked them to do this since I do not want them to put the product on incase I had just mowed the lawn. They are very about rescheduling and postponing on my request. It is good that they are flexible and not have me do something done at a certain time.

I've used them for about a year and a half, but recently quit using them. It was too expensive to stay on their service. The overall experience was average, not fabulous. I think they did pretty good on weed control. I didn't like the moss control and over-seeding; it didn't work.
