The company is horifically run. The President/Executive is a real freakshow of a hateful human being and both of his underlings have learned well from this guy all too well. The level of disrespect leveled at both customers and employees by management is off of the charts. If you are a customer, you will not finish your project with the same ERD Project Manager that you started with because they will quit or be fired before completion. If you are an employee, don't sweat it, there's nothing you can do. If you have to interact with the CEO, your time is short.
