I lease through them and they give excellent customer service. The assistant manager actually delivered the vehicle to my home on the day before Thanksgiving which is amazing customer service. I only put 15,000 miles on the vehicle in three years and my son was able to purchase it for a great price. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

They came on that cost. They're excellent and that's why we keep going back. They're professional. They communicate well. They remember me when I come in. They remember that I need a shadow light. They remember what they have done in the past. They are very good about recommending what I need to have done and what I don't need to have done. I'd recommend them to anybody. In fact, when we sold one of our Toyota cars and we recommended that they take it to them for service to be done there.

We were in the market for a used Prius in September 2013. Wayne Le Beau found us the perfect car for our needs and within our price range. Wayne is not so much a salesperson; as a service provider. He listens, shares his encyclopedic knowledge of the car professionally conducts the sales process, and provides follow-up.
We never felt pushed, over sold or pressured to make our decision. And when we decided to purchase, Wayne worked with the used car manager and the financial manager at the dealership, to get us in and out quickly. There were no long delays, served up with bad coffee. If we purchase another Toyota, we will be back to see Wayne Le Beau.

I was having some problems with my Toyota Camry (leaks, funny noises) so I called Toyota and they said to bring it in and they'd check. They couldn't find any leaks in their initial look when they first called with an update, but said they'd keep checking and do a more thorough inspection. They called again later and said they found the problem (oil leak), and the car would be ready the next day. We've always had great service here, everyone is friendly, prompt and more than willing to answer questions and explain anything that we might not understand. The car always comes back clean and running smoothly.
I would definitely recommend this place to others.
Sometimes the prices are a bit higher than maybe your and quot;localand quot; garage, but in the end, it's worth it and you know you're going to get great service.

I worked with Troy's team. You are assigned a team leader at Toyota and Scion of Lake City that will always work with you in the future, so you build a relationship, which is nice. Service was always fast and professional, even when they were remodeling the building, which could have made things run slower, but they still had things organized and moving along perfectly. The service was accurate and thorough. I enjoyed the amenities offered while you wait (coffee, a kids' play room, free car rental etc.). Everyone that worked there seemed friendly and helpful. I would just say that it was a bit challenging to get connected to the person I needed to when calling in to make an appointment, but that would be my only complaint. I also enjoyed the free carwash voucher with car service and car service punchcard (free service after 5). Pretty high quality and straightforward experience to be expected from a dealership. They were always happy to answer more detailed questions and concerns and to address recalls etc. for the make and model of my car.

Terrible place to buy a car. Part of me wishes I would have went somewhere else, but we knew what we wanted, had the cash, and just wanted to get it over with!
ONE NOTE: This dealership does have a nice service department and dealing with their finance person was easy (probably because we paid cash!) He didn't try to hard sell extras and waste our time, which we appreciated. The sales people are horrible, though.

They have a fabulous new facility and the floor is really clean. The staff is really good; we have gone to them since 2005 and we like them a lot. They are very good at explaining what they are going to do to people like me, who really are not into cars. They get the work done the way they say they are going to do it and they do what they say they are going to do. They give me a ride to my home if I need it so they are customer service oriented. They are knowledgeable and do the work right the first time. I have the same customer service representative each time I go in; I like that. Their prices are about normal.
