Did a great job. Complicated because of vents, gas lines, and water
lines, being added in an old closet.  Will definitely have him back again. Very knowledgeable. Just
received an estimate in the mail today from a large plumbing company, that estimated 3X the work that Terry has already finished!

Terry at TLC is a good detective. I reported a mysterious brown water spot on the basement ceiling, beneath a bathroom. I had drawn a pencil around it and it had spread very gradually beyond my pencil-outline. He searched through the basement ceiling with a flashlight. He located a completely worn-out gasket at overflow and replaced it. He also replaced defective diverter spout.

I would refer him to anyone. He did an excellent job and he had excellent pricing. He is knowledgeable and experienced. He does not even have to advertise because he gets a lot of work by word of mouth.

He came out on a Saturday, which was rather difficult to find a plumber to do for some reason. He was very thorough, efficient and professional in his work. When one of the connections showed a small leak, he immediately took care of it, explaining what had happened and how he would fix it. This was interesting, as he wasn't a very talkative person, but we found him refreshingly professional. The work, his availability, the price, and his quiet thoroughness were much appreciated even though the chaos of a gutted kitchen. He cleaned up the area afterwards too!

I thought the service was reasonably priced.
