The furniture company selected TLC to deliver this item and forwarded their contact info to me for scheduling. I left several messages before finally catching someone at their number. Craig and Mark arrived on time, but seemed underprepared to unload the very heavy buffet. They got it into the unit after some work. Other than than cleaning up some dirt and leaves when they left, it went okay. Service people who wear shoe booties or something to protect indoor floors score big points with me. TLC did not. I found their price to be a little steep and would only use them again if I couldn't find someone else more reasonably priced.

they showed up on time, were careful with our stuff and our houses, and finished a large job in one day under budget on a saturday. great guys to work with. we gave them a modest bonus, if that says anything about our satisfaction...
