Tick Tock Junk Removal

We needed an old leather couch, a huge cat tree, a box of household chemicals, a 12’ piece of plastic pipe, an interior door and three plastic office chair mats disposed of. We had used Tick Tock a few months ago and were quite pleased. If anything, we were even happier this time. We were able to leave it all outside the house and Tick Tock called to ask whether an early morning (6 am) pickup would be okay. They definitely have a stealth mode. I was awake and barely heard them, though the stuff was just outside my bedroom. Very professional, easy to deal with, and I recommend them highly.

I had arranged a time and though they were a half hour or so later, I had told them we are retired and time did not have to be exact. They came and picked up the items, took my check, and left.

Communicative, really polite, calm, and helpful, arrived in very reasonable time despite rush-hour traffic and major construction project on my street.  Worked very quickly.

I'm very happy with the service provided.  I needed broken pieces of furniture hauled off.  I live in a condo and arranged with my HOA to leave the items outside for pickup so I didn't have to miss work but the items had to be picked up by a certain time.   Tick Tock Junk Removal was more than accommodating with my time schedule.  I would highly recommend them.

It went great! Not only did they pick up the furniture I originally asked them to - I was able to point out other things for them to take away at the last minute. They were cheerful and pleasant to deal with.

It went great!! Luke was professional, friendly, helpful and on time. He organized all the MANY cans of paint and other chemicals, itemized it all out and then emailed the receipt to me for my records. This was not only easier for us to safely and properly dispose of all the chemicals and paint but was cheaper than the other options. And we did not have to haul it anywhere. Thanks Luke!!
