Terrible can't even begin to describe the customer service TCA provides. The cleaning crews are fine, but the office staff, particularly Paige and Gina are horrendous. They have no idea how to communicate or how to handle scheduling. They say they will call you and never do. They say you are scheduled for a certain time and never are. And the cleaners show up hours early or late with no warning. I wouldn't wish service like this on my worst enemy. Never again!

I usually have 2 or 3 of them here and they do not speak good English, they do not always do what I ask them, they move stuff and then do not put it back in the right spots.  The last time they were here they threw away some important documents that I told them not to touch and I had to dig them out of the recycling bin.  One of the features of the Cleaning Authority is that you can leave a house key with them so if you are not home they can still come in an clean.  Well they lost my key and I do not really like my house key floating around.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!  Not only did they do a horrible job cleaning, but the cleaner some how managed to put a deep, 2 foot long scratch in our hardwood floors.  Then the manager was a huge pain to deal with and somebody on their end was lying because they said they were not responsible.  DO NOT USE them, worst experience I've ever had w/ a company!!

I had been using this company for about three months, but recently cancelled my contract after a series of problems. First, the legs of my sofa, dining room table and bed ended up knicked or dented. Not sure how this happened, I'm assuming it happened while they were vacuuming. Base boards were also scuffed. Another time, I came home another time to find a two inch dent in my wall. They also managed to break the chain for the stopper in my tub. Not a big deal, but still really annoying. I was home during a few of the cleanings and felt they were working too fast and not paying attention to details. Maybe the company just gives them too many houses to clean in one day. On the positive side, there always seemed to be at least two people on the crew and they were always on time.

We have been using this company for approximately 3 months. The positive things I have to say are that the managers are pleasant, professional, and prompt to respond. However, we are no longer going to use this service due to the following: the 2nd time we used them, our housekeys and the address book were stolen out of our house cleaner's car. The company paid to have our lock re-keyed but it was a shoddy job and it is now difficult to use the deadbolt. The cleaners have reset our security alarm only once out of approximately 6 times cleaning our home (inexcusable). Furthermore, they have left the blinds open in an office containing a large iMac facing the street (we never leave these blinds open when we are gone). The so-called "detail clean" they do on a rotating schedule is not always thoroughly done and it appears that other companies do what the Cleaning Authority calls a detail clean every time, to every room. We are changing services.

Mostly the cleaning was thorough. Occasionally things were left undone. The problems were usually with communication, either with the cleaners, who didn't speak English, so we couldn't leave notes, or with the office, on whom we had to rely given the non-English speaking cleaners. Multiple times the door to the basement was left closed, even though we had specified that the cats needed to get through to and from their cat door (and had a sign posted, which of course they couldn't read). Messages left at the message center frequently didn't get through to the local office. I didn't find out for over 6 months that I could call direct. The final straw was when we had guests coming, and I had requested the occasional cleaning of our downstairs guest room and bath, and it wasn't done! We spend a frantic hour cleaning before picking up at the airport.

I like this company a lot. I usually get the same team members every time. They are trustworthy as I leave before they are finished. They arrive at the scheduled time. I am very satisfied with their work.

It took them 6 person-hours to clean an 1100 sq. ft. house, and they still managed to miss cobwebs, skip vacuuming under rugs and the beds. They left one window dirtier than they found it. All the blinds, while lightly dusted, were in disarray. Magazines hadn't even been neatened into piles. walked into a house that smelled like burning rubber (their vacuum). Really slow, really unthorough. Bad time management. Didn't know what they were doing. Spoke little English, so instructions were awkward.

Their system works out pretty well and they are good. I am pleased with them. They are responsive and hard working. They are a franchise operation, so they have a message center. Therefore, I get to talk to someone all the time, which I appreciate. We pay for the service monthly.

It was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional work. The master bathroom's shower was not cleaned at all (only the handle for turning water on and off was shined), 2 out of three toilets weren't cleaned at all and the toilet # 3 had only its ceramic part cleaned (the sit and the lid were not touched), the rug on the kitchen was flipped over instead of being vacuumed, I found 4 cobwebs in the house that were supposed to be removed, a few flat surfaces on desks, tables, night stands, other furniture either were not dusted at all or were dusted partially, the hardwood floors were not mopped, nothing in the guest bathroom was cleaned at all (floor, shower, etc.), 2 out of 4 sinks in bathrooms were not cleaned, 2 other sinks were cleaned partially. Mentioned above areas/things were listed in the contract as the basic cleaning areas/things that a cleaning crew MUST take care of during every cleaning. I had to clean my house myself after this disastrous ''professional'' cleaning.

Two women arrived 40 minutes late, but worked hard and fast. I was home, which was fortunate, because they were already done with the downstairs hallway when I checked it. An area outside the bathroom had not been vacuumed, so one of them vacuumed upon my request. I cringed when I heard our Italian glass DR light fixtures clanking together as they cleaned. The house looked very nice when they left, but within hours, we found that a porcelain figurine had been broken and propped back together without notifying us. Language may have been an obstacle to bringing it to our attention. I called to report the incident and cancel the regular appointment that was to follow. My phone contact said the employees should have reported the damage, but I don't know what would have been done about it if they had, for no remuneration beyond apology was offered. The price would have been fair, had our belongings not been broken.

I HAVE A 6 HOUR BLOCK OF TIME IN WHICH I WISH THE WORK COMPLETED, IT HAD BEEN CHALLENGING TO HAVE THAT HAPPEN UNTIL RECENTLY WHEN I RECLARIFIED THAT THE WORK SHOULD NOT START BEFORE 9 AM AND BE COMPLETED BY 3 PM(NOT START BY 3 PM). THEY DO A GOOD JOB. WHEN I OVERLAP WITH WORKERS, THEY ARE PLEASANT. THERE IS SOMEWHAT OF A LANGUAGE BARRIER, ALL MY CLEANERS HAVE NOT HAD ENGLISH AS THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE AND I HAVE FOUND THAT LEAVING NOTES WRITTEN IN ENGLISH DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK FOR COMMUNICATION, RATHER, NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE AND THEN IT CHANGES.
