At my present house, which has 35+ panes on two stories, Jim took 7 hours on the outside and 6 hours on the inside. He spends a lot of time on a three step process that makes the glass sparkle.
With the quality of work that he does, it can be difficult to get hold of him and you'll have to schedule out a week or two (or more), but it's worth waiting for the call back and getting the windows done right. Just call a month before you need the windows done.
I can't recommend Jim highly enough.
