SUNBEACH BUILDERS

Estimate was close to final bill with very few changes.  Prompt response to issues that came up but the work did go over the time scheduled.  Estimated time was 4 weeks and work took 6 weeks.  Workers were helpful and tried hard to limit changes.  Finished product was good.  Contractor was easy to work with and very good with financial issues.  Delays were not handled as expeditiously as I would have preferred.  Bathroom was in 90 year old house and taken down to wall studs and all items were replaced with walk-in shower, new toilet and cabinets.  Tile work was extensive with marble floor and granite trim.  Cabinets and lighting were replaced. Kitchen and nook area were painted including cabinet fronts and large book case.  Connecting hallway was repainted.  Laundry room plumbing was overhauled and new heaters were replaced in second bathroom as well as new plumbing seals on all fittings. Clean-up was not as good as I would have expected. Contractor did include some money as refund for additional cleaning. Overall grade of B and I am quite critical.

Our house is gorgeous. He did a beautiful job and was so cooperative and friendly.He managed his people and always showed up on time. The whole remodel went exactly as planned. We did some major changes and it only went a month over. It was one of those experiences you want everyone to have.
