Sound Exterior Inspections LLC

I contacted Sound Exterior on the recommendation of another home inspector who does not perform this type of inspection. I was able to schedule my appointment within a week. Doug showed up on time and performed the necessary moisture tests. The holes he drilled were very small and he took special care to fill them with caulk and paint them as he moved around the house. Today, it is impossible to see where the tests were performed. Along the way, he explained what he was doing and why. He took pictures of all of the test areas so that he would have the necessary documentation for his report. The inspection took a little over an hour as only portions of the front of my house were covered in stucco. A few days later, I received a copy of the report via e-mail and a hard copy, which I had requested, about a week later, Doug did a thorough job and I am confident of his results. He told me that if anyone were to question his results, he would be glad to talk with them and walk them through my report. Sound Exterior also provides contractor referrals if remediation is needed. All-in-all, I was very happy with Sound Exterior and would highly recommend them if you need this type of inspection performed.
