SOREANO'S PLUMBING INC.

I called Soreano's at 8 am to arrange for repair/replacement of my leaking water heater. They dropped other things on their schedule to get to my home by 9:30. The plumber on site was second to none. He assessed the situation, consulted me to present my options, and took immediate action to get the situation resolved. The job was not easy. He had to enlarge the doorway to my furnace/water heater room to be able to get a 40 gallon unit installed. He also found an ingenious way to repair my hose bib which had frozen last winter. Again, he consulted me about the work. When I told him that the piping behind the valve was flexible pex line, he tried something different. He was able to unscrew the hose bib from the exterior of the home, pull the valve out of the wall, replace it, and simply push the assembly back into place. The job was over and done with a minimal amount of cost and labor. These guys are second to none!

We were billed $508.43 for a very simple job which was about twice as much as we expected to pay. However, the work was done correctly and the plumber showed up on time with what appeared to be an apprentice in tow.

They did a good job.

 
We were shocked when the final bill was $10,500.  While we knew the scope of the project was beyond the $2000 estimated for the master bathroom,  the 5X price increase seemed disproportionate to the work needed. 

 They billed for 70 man hours for the labor (at $200 an hour) and $1000 for "parts".  Our contractor had to complete the work as the two master bath shower heads were leaking and the guest bath sink pop up  drain had not been installed properly. What was worse than feeling "soaked" with the bill (and not the water pressure of our new shower which hopefully our dear contractor will remedy tomorrow!) was the utterly disrespectful manner in which I (we) were treated when trying to  respectfully clarify this confusion with Ron (the owner.)

Good communication , and courtesy are as essential as the water that is supplied by plumbers. We will never invite Soreano's into our home again.

My experience with them was very positive.  We had a clogged drain.  We went to another company and they charged us double the amount and made the problem worse.  We have used them in the past.  Soreano’s fixed the problem and it took half the time.  I would probably go to them first in the future.

It was fine. Their professionalism and punctuality is very good. They're a good company.

The repair man arrived exactly on time, introduced himself, looked over the situation, told me the costs. He finished in less time than he had expected. He re - wrapped the pipes in insulation. He showed me how to use the water shut off and explained the new pressure valve dial. He left the space clean. I felt that both his work and his demeanor were very professional. I was comfortable having him in my home. There was no difficulty using cash, check, or credit card.

It went extremely well. They were very knowledgeable.

There was a bit of confusion on my part about scheduling - they called me and missed me first thing in the morning, and when I called back, the plumber had already gone to another small job. Not a huge deal, as he wound up at the house only about 45 minutes after I had initially planned.
Once there, I showed Mike the valve I wanted installed, and he was quick, professional, and did a great job. Cutting into the main water line and installing the valve only took him about an hour and 15 minutes. Everything went perfectly.
I'd be very happy hiring Soreano's (and Mike, in particular) again.

Mike arrived when they said he would. Cleared the drain within 15 minutes and was finished. Very personable and gave me some useful advice regarding my faucet.

These guys were very good. There was a chronic problem that we were having and there were several different places that wanted to do a bunch of extra work. They were able to fix the issue without causing any further damage. I could tell that they knew what they were doing. They were knowledgeable, skilled, courteous, and on time. I would recommend them.

They were very responsive and the plumber was good, but they just simply overcharged me and they had a huge markup on the materials.

They were quick at giving the estimate, and they were on time to do the work. They knew what they were doing. There were enough people to do the job, and they didn't have to tear up my driveway to do the job. I would use this provider again.

This was a great experience. The plumber and his assistant arrived on time. They got to work quickly and replaced my wall-mounted kitchen faucet and the corroded fittings to which it had been attached. Afterwards they cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. The plumber also provided helpful information about the new fixture and how to properly maintain it. They were very friendly and professional. I would use them again.

The workers are great and confident in their abilities. They show up on time and do good work. The owner and the employees are very honest and straightforward. I use them for all of my plumbing needs. I recommend them to all of my neighbors and friends.

I spent $5000 on that work. They did an excellent job.

It took them three times of coming back to fix the shower. I bought a Kohler valve from them because of the lifetime warranty that Kohler has. They came out and replaced the valve, and they tried to charge me for it, when Kohler’s policy is to replace it for free. I called Kohler, and they sent me a new valve for free. I tried to return the valve that Soreano’s tried to charge me for, and they would not accept it. They get the replacement valves free from Kohler yet they still wanted to charge me for it, and they sent it to collections when I refused to pay for it. They are terrible.

I like the fact that they are local for us, and I can drive over to their shop and see the stuff that they sell; I have done that before. They are handy, reasonable, friendly, prompt and not too expensive. They know my house pretty well. We pretty much see the same guy come out and do the work for us, and we have a good rapport with him. They are a little high compared to some of the other cheaper providers, but the quality of their work is excellent. I would continue to use them in the future.

We had to hire them because the other company didn’t have licensed plumbers. They are wonderful. We have used their services in the past too. They worked with a person who did sheetrock work and that person was really good too. We were really happy with them. Soreano’s Plumbing Inc. is a neighborhood family owned business and they do the plumbing for everybody on the blocks around. I can’t leave a house without seeing the Soreano’s truck in the neighborhood. The price for the last job was very reasonable. We would use their services in the future too.

The person who scheduled the job as well as answered all of my questions did a super job of making sure I knew exactly what to expect. The workers (2) arrived on time and proceeded to disconnect the old tank and install the new one, which they brought with them. One minor problem was we needed a water flow regulator which they also had with them and there was an additional charge (appx. $100) for it and installation. There was a minor connector leak at the tank that was discovered later the same day and one of the workers returned that same day to take care of it. This same company installed the previous water heater almost 16 years prior.

They did very good work. Their bid was lowest of three solicited. They identified needed upgrades and potential problems with 70 year old plumbing. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Soreano's and they were able to have someone out to my house within 40 minutes! They fixed the problem and that was the end of it. I was one happy camper! They are very responsive. They are just terrific and just wonderful!

They came out and ended up doing the work for free. They are a small company. All of the employees are knowledgeable and responsive. They use top quality parts. They have a very good list of referrals for other types of work. I have gotten quite a few good referrals from them. They do very good work at a reasonable price.

I initially contacted the company by email, and was given a very reasonable idea as to how much labor and parts costs would be for the work I needed. On the day of the work, the plumber arrived a bit late due to an address mix up. Once he had arrived, we discussed what I wanted done and he was very upfront with how much time it would take and what exactly he needed to do. He took exactly as much time as expected to replace the hose bib and replace the portion of my drywall he removed for access well so that I could repair it easily myself.
