Shoreline mowers and saws

They fixed the problem of oil spillage in the engine. They did give me a heads up that they were 2 weeks behind in work as this is their busy season.

They sharpened the blade while I waited. I think it could have been more sharp but I was pleased overall.

They are really good. The staff is very nice. It took about 4 weeks to order a part I needed. Whenever they fix something for me, it is in better shape than I expected. I am really happy with the work they did. They also fixed a chipper shredder for me a year ago and did a good job.

Mower would not start. They replaced the entire wiring harness. I was very satisfied with the work they did. I was not able to fix it myself which is usually what I do. The price was very reasonable. They had the mower for 8 days which was reasonable for the time of the year. First day of spring. I will use them again.

For the first 2 times, I cut the grass it was better. Then the problem reoccurred, and it is worse than ever. I expected a solution for $111.

There were a number of negative reviews on another site for a repair shop closer to my home, so I looked on Angie's List and found Shoreline Mowers and Saws. They had only recently joined Angie's List, so there were no reviews at all, but I figured I'd rather take a chance with a new business than an established one with a poor reputation. Although the owner told me turnaround could take up to 2 weeks, he did it in 2 days. Not only does my trimmer now work perfectly, he even cleaned it up along with the tuneup. Price-wise it wasn't a great deal, but I thought his price was fair. And considering the fast turnaround and quality work, I'd definitely use him again.
