ProServ responded immediately with blowers and dehumidifiers to dry the floors. Only negative is that there was some type of black/grey liquid, determined it was from the blowers, that spayed on our white bedroom doors, white back door, and on three tall bookcases. I was able to get the liquid off the doors; however, the liquid soaked into the wood and cannot be removed. Also, it would be recommended that the homeowner supervise what is ripped out; some of the framing around the doors and closets did not have to be ripped out.

THE PRICE IS VERY COMPETITIVE, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE BETTER MACHINERY AND DO NOT JUST GO IN WITH A VACUUM CLEANER. THE MACHINERY IS WHY THEY ARE SO EXCELLENT. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD.
