The owner comes out and does the job himself. The price is fair. He does an excellent job. There has been nothing that I am displeased with. Our carpets were in a mess. There were some things that we were not able to get out of the carpets. Now they are clean. We have a very large room; 14 by 20. He cleaned it. He also cleaned rugs measuring 8 by 10 and 5 by 7. He also cleaned 2 chairs. He is nice to work with. He is on time. He comes at the time that we need him to be here. When he came this time, he cleaned some older chairs. They really look fresh. He did a good job. We had the carpet cut at one time because of a free standing oven. We have moved all that away. He cleaned the whole thing. We can hardly tell that there was a cut in it. A couch is over it now. He does an efficient job. He leaves things clean. He takes his boots off. He does not track in. He does and all round good job.

He is prompt, courteous, inexpensive, and cares about what he is doing. He also has 25 years of experience.
