Horrible. First of all they said they would arrive between 11am and 3pm insisting they would likely be there closer to 11. They arrived at 3:30, after I waited around all day for them. They were scheduled to do ab2 hour clean. One girl showed up, then another ten minutes later. They left in less than 1 hour, and did not vacuum any of our carpet! I mean the whole point of having them come out and clean was to have them clean our floors...that was my specific request. Will not be using this cleaner again.

The refresher cleaning is meant for only bathrooms and kitchen with any time permitting starting with main floors, had the floors been the first priority on the refresher cleaning list then they would have gotten done. We definitely are now reconsidering offering a refresher cleaning. In some cases it works fine but in others it's just not enough. I really want to make this right with you and [member name removed] with NO strings attached, however I'm hoping we can prove to you how professional MaidPro cleans in hopes you can re review us. Very poor service. Cleaner was on cell phone most of the time and left early. Had to clean up myself to fix the mess they made.

I really love this service. The central office is always available for questions or concerns, and they are receptive to feedback. The two women who come to my house are wonderful. I am picky about how the house is cleaned and they do a great job. I do believe that with this service, the quality is based on the specific employees that come to your home. We have had a few cleans that were done by other employees that weren't quite as good. They were still decent cleans, just not up to my high standards. I really like this service and have recommended it to friends.

I have been using their services for at least two years and I am very pleased with them. They bring their own products. The time they spend in my home varies on my to-do list. The people who come are polite and sincere. Everyone I have dealt with had been very professional.

They started to arrive well past the time they should have and left before they should have been finished. They broke some things and tried to hide them. The cleaning became very poor and we had to clean after they left. They did offer to send out another cleaner but after it happened three times we quit using them.

The prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to others, and they have been good. The cleaning is great, but occasionally there has been some communication issues, and difficulty with scheduling. However, it is pretty minor all in all. I checked out other companies, and they had the best prices, and were the most flexible. They are very accommodating to my budget and needs.

There was a lot of turnover, and they would do varying levels of quality. We have since decided to hire someone else, but may possibly switch back in the future. The billing and scheduling was easy to work with which was a benefit.
