Michael brought his crew to clean up, weed, prune,, trim, mow, kill & pull weeds! They were amazingly quick & thorough & at a price considerably lower than 3 other estimates. My yard looks so beautiful! So I hired them for maintenance bi-weekly. Great service & really nice!

Stop! Don't read the rest of this! You'll just think some old grumpy old fart wrote this and you'd be right. Its been a long time since I've done business on a handshake, yet in my considerable lifetime this turned out to be one of the best deals ever. First, the crew showed up clean, well spoken, knowledgable and friendly. We agreed on a price and a start date and did the hand shaking thing. I'm feeling what a waste, they're telling me what I want to hear and I've heard this song many time before but oh well. Now the good. Not only did they come on time, but did more than asked and a better job than I dared hoped. Okay, the second and third times also exceeded expectations. They are a great crew with exemplary work ethics. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. Oh, there is one con, they drive a Chevy - it was clean though.

Fast response, fair pricing, great work on our fall cleanup and spring cleanup. We picked them up for our routine maintenance, and so far we're pleased and impressed!

super friendly and flexible with everything, once i hired them, they showed up and did an excellent job. I have a very busy schedule with work so once i'm home i'm so glad that i left everything for them to take care of with a reasonable price. I'm glad I don't have to worry about my lawn nor HOA coming home now with their help! hoping for the continue good work!

So happy! Michael was a little late, but he communicated with me and once he got there he got right to work and did an EXCELLENT job! Our backyard needed a lot of TLC and we couldn't be happier with the work he did. We will definitely be continuing to work with Michael, Walter and Seattle Construction! Thank you so much : )

They did a great Job.

Did not do everything that they were supposed to do and now my grass does not look good. Did not fertilize entire lawn or do it evenly. No weed killer was used on the weeds and the moss control was used very sparingly and some areas were completely missed. Their vehicle left a stain on my driveway and they tried to remove it but it is still there.

Arrived on time. Did the work as agreed to. Will be coming back to do additional work. Yard looks great

Friendly conversation on the estimate part. Work hard and efficient. Open mind for request during the work. I had four free estimation, two from Home Adervisor and two from the flies I receive from mainland doormat. The Seattle Construction was second on the price but they earned the work with heslth communication. They honored their verble aggrement well but some customers might expect a piece of paper in advance .

Michael responded quickly to our HomeAdvisor search, showed up at the scheduled time to give an estimate and on the work day, which I greatly appreciate. I postponed our landscape design project to focus on yard clean-up for now - primarily pruning and removing trees and bushes. There was follow-up and an added task which was done within a few days. He is friendly and polite, worked quickly and removed all yard debris. He even mowed the lawn without extra charge! His rate was better than another estimate I received. I am grateful for what he did and plan to reach out to him when we are ready for new landscape.

They did great work but we should have received a written quote...he later wanted to do less than what we agreed. However he did return and did an excellent job

Good communication- took me to the nursery to pick my own set of plants. He has a very good relationship with the Nursery. They worked hard and efficiently. They got the job done in one day and then I added to the task and they came back and finished what I added. My yard looks great! My HOA was impressed with the work that they finished. I received a letter of praise which reclassified me as a STAR property. Very impressed with their service!

The owner had said all the right things initially to get the business. I spent more money than I was planning. Turned out I didn't receive all that he said he was going to offer. He said he was going to fertilize, never fertilized after a month. When I asked him when he was going to do my next service, at first, he was unresponsive. stated a date for Thursday. was a no call/no show. I had to do the work since I had company coming over for the weekend. I am allergic to the grass that's why I couldn't do it. He then reached out and stated he couldn't do the work and that was the following day after he was supposed to show. I wasn't placed on a ten day schedule like he had promised. He responded by stating he had higher paying customers that didn't care if he didn't show up to appointments. He lacks integrity because he doesn't do what he says he was going to do. Last he lacks professionalism because of the way he responded when I had reached out to his no call/no show. Wont be using him again and wouldn't recommend him.

They came within 24 hours of my call and mowed, pruned, edged etc. after we moved into a house that had not been maintained in 2 months. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I will use them going forward.

We needed an extensive cleanup of our very small yard. Weeding, pruning, barking and two gravel removal jobs. We agreed on $3K, which seemed high, but they agreed to all of our needs. We discussed the job thoroughly. After a day and a half (2.5 man-days work) they told us that they were finished!! That comes to $125 per person per hour!! I asked him if he recalled agreeing to bark for the yard and dig out the gravel. He said yes he recalled discussing this, but we would need to pay more to get the job finished. We now have a yard that is half bare dirt with a million weed roots sticking out, and we're a lot poorer.

i have already recommended this company to a friend. they came for the first mow and general cleanup and did a great job for me. looking forward for the remainder of this year and years to come.

They provide quality work and I would recommend them to others.
