Their first attempt had some minor issues with inconsistency in the finish. We called and Jon was able to come within a couple of weeks. He promptly went to work correcting the issues from the initial finish. The tub looks very nice now. Jon and his staff are very personable and a pleasure to work with.

Setting up the appointment was done over email and very easy. The day of, Rob arrived later than expected due to a scheduling mishap on his morning job. He estimated 3-4 hours to finish my tub, but realized that due to a previous poorly done refinish, he would have to do more work than expected. It ended up taking about 6 hours, and the tub is now flawless! Seeing that we were installing a new Kohler toilet, Rob made a point to use a Kohler finish on the tub so they would match (they didn't actually end up matching, but I appreciated the thoughtfulness of it). Overall I am very pleased.

The process was very professional. I sent photos of my claw foot tub and elderly porcelain sink to Bathtub Guy. I was given an estimate for resurfacing within a day and they quickly answered several questions I had via both phone and email. Once we worked out a day for the work they showed up on time and worked quickly and cleanly. During the work they determined that rather than resurface the claw foot tub, it would be better to refinish my tub which would result in a slightly less white surface but would last much longer. I went for this option (same cost). The sink looks good too. There are a couple of places around the faucet handles where there are small gaps in the resurfacing but I think this was a difficult area to get to. After the work was complete they gave me instructions for care of the new surfaces. I am still pleased with their work.

GREAT....these guys showed up when they said they would, did an excellent job and left the bathroom spotless when they finished. Looked brand new. When a towel rack fell into the tub and put a small chip in it they came by and repaired it at no cost. That is what I call customer service....
