Ordered April 22, 2015 and informed that it would take a couple of weeks. I called several times to inquire when they would arrive.

Installed incorrectly June 29th. Installer was scheduled "after 3" and called twice to say he was running late and finally arrived at 7:45 PM. The following day we called about the lopsided installation and he returned the next day to fix the problem. He said they awnings hadn't come with installation directions.

I like the awnings and they seem well made.

First they scheduled for Memorial day, but that was no problem since I work from home. They were an hour later than scheduled to arrive and didn't know where the awning was supposed to go. Then one of the workers asked to use the bathroom inside which made me a little uncomfortable since I wasn't expecting that. However, the awning went up quickly and there are no signs of having holes in the wrong places etc and it looks and works great.

Good to work with and good people.  I'd recommend them to anyone.

Initial call to ask questions set the stage for a wonderful experience.  The representative was eager to answer questions and offered us an on site consultation to explain different options and discuss the best styles for our use.  The representative never "pushed" a specific product, but asked a lot of questions to make sure they understood our needs
Once we made our decision, the representative facilitated the delivery and install around our schedule.  They were very easy to work with, and we never felt like we were being "sold".  The entire process was seemless and everyone from the phone rep to the installer were courteous and professional.
Though service is great, it would mean nothing without a great product.  We have been extremely pleased with the Durasol awning that they installed.  It has made our home more beautiful and more functional.  Though we didn't really shop around originally, I was very happy to see that we got a great price on the product.  As I researched after the purchase, we saved about $250 versus what other providers were charging for the same product and style.

Very professional. Tristan came out and went over all the options for an awning to cover my back patio. The installation was fast and exactly what I needed and wanted. Thank you.

Highly recommend Major Blinds.  We met with Tristan initially and he really listened to what we wanted and helped share our vision of what we wanted the window treatments to look like.  In addition to blinds we had custom made shades as the patio doors were not your typical size - they are huge!  Tristan was able to give us high quality looking blinds that was within our budget.  Plus they offer financing which is affordable if you want to spend the extra money for the extras such as taping, corner posts, etc.  They had an assortment of colors and the quality is amazing.  We get compliments on our window treatments all the time when people see our house for the first time.  We are very pleased with Major Blinds and the company as a whole.

Seattle Awnings replaced all old awnings & frames with a new Beautiful product that adds a great touch to the building & provides a better solution for our business. Everything was done quickly and no mess left over.  A pleasure to deal with this company.
