Service went well , It lasted really good. They were quick , prompt , timely. It's just one person who did the work and he did a really good job.

They are professional, reasonable and did a good job.

Tech was great product was not the right one for the house. Sears did not sell the right product to previous owner

First, it was SO easy to book the appointment - all online. I received an email confirmation with a number to call if I had any questions. The Sears Home Services employee called about 20 minutes early and let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time. We looked at the washer and he knew what the problem was right away and he had the part with him. He fixed it and then performed maintenance on the dryer and gave me some tips on how to keep it cleaner. The whole thing took maybe 30 minutes. He was pleasant and was very respectful. I will use them again for any appliance issues.

Everything went splendidly. We walked in on some super sale so we got everything real cheap, new not used. Everything was delivered on time and the refrigerator was installed well. The only problem was that I didn't have all the parts to install the dishwasher myself, but after I got the one part I needed it was easy to hook up and push into the wall.

Overall, I am not satisfied with the amount of time it is taking Sears to resolve the issue with our oven, and am frustrated that their repair person claimed they were at the house and no one answered the door when I was sitting at home waiting for them.

They did a good job but they took a long time to do it. A problem appeared after they installed our heater and they had to keep sending people out to fix it.

I called the 1800 number to have them come out, and they called right away. I have a service contract with them, so I did not have to pay for the service, but whatever was the problem, it would have cost hundreds of dollars to fix it. I would use them again in the future.

They are very straight forward, they were on time, they understood the situation, and they explained to me how everything worked when they had to order a part. They had the part delivered here then came back after it arrived to put it in. They cleaned up after themselves beautifully. Everything has worked just fine since they were here.
