More thorough than I do it.

They arrived promptly, were professional and friendly. We asked them specifically to do a good job with the kitchen floor and they did a great job. I was happy with the sparkle after they left and the crew I had went straight to work, not too much chatting but not too reserved either. Tim, the owner/operator came for the first clean and inspection of our home and is easy for me to work with him--I could give him the big picture w/o having to explain too much or fill out a survey. Surveys don't work for me--I don't want to check off every single thing I want done in a room, I want to talk it out and Tim was fine with that.
Setting up a regular schedule entailed some telephone tag as Tim was on leave for some of the time and I was on vacation but I don't consider that a drawback because I was able to hire the cleaners and have them start in August!
Our month anniversary will be next week and I couldn't be happier!

Tim and team do a great job at what they do. They are trustworthy, friendly and very flexible, which is nice for me. I have been a customer of ScrubBoys for about 9 months now - they come once every two weeks for $110 each time (which I think is totally worth not having to clean myself).
When I first contacted them, Tim was able to stop by my place within a couple of days and give me an estimate cleaning charge. They started about a week after that with a and quot;spring cleaningand quot; and then have done maintenance cleanings ever since.

I can't say enough good things about these guys (and girls!). To start, they're arrive on time and work fast. They communicate well, they're flexible, incredibly nice and considerate. Their work is very thorough and I always look forward to coming home to a clean house on the days they visit. While I've been using their services for a while, I was prompted to write this review just today. After a very busy few weeks, we had a massive pile of dirty dishes in addition to our usual dust bunnies and bathroom gunk. Even though dishes aren't part of our usual package, Tim and Co were happy to accommodate my special request. I arrived home to find every dish washed and dried in addition to a sparkling clean house. They made it possible for me to relax this evening instead of spending it cleaning... which really is priceless. Thank you, Scrubboys!

Brilliant. Amazing. Incredible. Professional. You had to see it to believe it! In fact, I'm about to contact Tim again. I need his help to reclaim our house for the holidays when they finish the fireplace installation. The dust here is horrible, and I don't know where to begin besides to call Tim!

They are excellent, both their cleaner that's assigned to me and the owners are great to work with and very responsive. I've recomended them to several of my colleages who have also had great resutls. I'd encourage anyone to give them a try.

I contacted Tim at Scrubboys to clean my house on a weekly basis. To date, his staff has done an excellent job keeping the house looking great. Unlike many housecleaning services, Tim comes in and works with his employees on a regular basis, just to be sure that they are doing the job correctly. I receive e-mails from him on a regular basis asking me if there is anything he can do to improve the service. I have had many housecleaners over the year, but these guys are the best.

Getting a quote was a quick and painless process. Scrubboys will give you a quote for weekly, biweekly, and monthly service. They are very upfront about that they are 100% legal and pay payroll taxes for their employees. At first we were pleased with the quality of the work. They are particularly good at getting kitchen and bathroom fixtures shiney. Over time it was apparent that the quality of their work was declining. We emailed them once or twice to point out dusty surfaces and other things that were cleary missed, which would result in a followup visit. Over time we grew tired of contacting them to come back and were considering firing them and then they lost our housekeys. They offered to change our locks at their expense - the owner was going to do the work himself. We declined his offer and changed the locks ourselves.

The previous owners of our new house left it in less than "move in ready" condition. We engaged the Scrub Boys to make it ready to receive all of our stuff. They were able to fit us into their schedule on short notice and arrived on time. I gave Tim a tour of the new property and he let me know he would need to bring in his on call cleaner. They concentrated on the main living areas of the house and really made it shine -- they got the "stainless" back in stainless steel and transformed my sadly neglected range into a thing of beauty. They were very thorough and professional and really took the time to to do things right. Since this was a very large job (4 levels, 2 kitchens, 4 baths, ....) they checked with my to prioritize the work to be sure it fits our needs.

I thought that they did a very thorough job and I like that they were flexible about their cleaning schedule.

The work they did was great! The house looked SO much better afterward! -- They hand scrubbed the kitchen floor, getting dirt out of the cracks. -- They worked on the walls and removed marks that had been there for years. They work a little on the walls each time they come, since there is so much to do. -- They deep cleaned the shower, which had a lot of buildup. -- Of course, they did the usual dusting and vacuuming you would expect. It's also nice that they use "green" cleaning products. They offered me a slight discount. I'm not sure what their rates are now. There might be a discount for first-time clients, but I'm not sure.

Scrub boys was amazing. In addition to regular everyday grime, we had recently completed a remodel that left dust everywhere and latex paint stains in our kitchen sink. They came while we were at work and when I returned home, I was speechless followed by running around squealing in joy. Our kitchen was spotless - every surface looked sparkling new. I wish we would have hired Scrub boys to do a clean before we moved in b/c our house has never looked that good. Hire these guys - just do it, it is some of the best money you'll ever spend. They are now our regular monthly cleaners.

Arrived on time. Addressed personal concerns. Called before leaving to discuss any additional requests. VERY satisfied with overall performance.

The first communication was to set an appointment time which was for several days away. I feared I'd be forgotten, but sure enough, he showed up when he said they would, they got straight to work, and they worked into the evening twice for me. I can't tell you how pleased I am. Every wall, baseboard, floorboard, oven, refrigerator, stove fan (greasy mess), ceiling fans-EVERY surface except windows. Amazing!

They were able to fit me in on short notice, which was great!

They showed up at the wrong time. He needs to coordinate his scheduling better with the people he hires.

Arrived early, left to take lunch and returned on time. Was very hard working, took no breaks and went to car only to get another sponge. I called Monday for Friday appt. Was very accommodating.

THESE GUYS ARE WONDERFULLY EFFICIENT. THEY DO HAVE A TWO HOUR MINIMUM LIMIT BUT IT IS GREAT TO COME HOME TO A SPARKLING HOUSE. THEY ARE ALWAYS RELIABLE AND IN AND OUT WHEN THEY SAY THEY SHOULD BE.
