Arrived at agreed time; left a clean work area. Two person team possibly affected the price - but still lower than any of the 5 other plumbing places I contacted. Had a leak at a copper pipe tee fitting at the unfinished basement ceiling. Used a method I was not familiar with but since I had held the leak down to a slow drip by using a pipe clamp, the compression fitting method seems workable. Only an option of there's enough room for tools. That approach cut the labor costs.

They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, trustworthy. They are well-known in my neighborhood as the go-to guys for plumbing. I highly recommend the services of Safe and Sound Plumbing!

Owen and his team did a great job of installing new plumbing in our kitchen and bath. They were prompt and on time, and the work was done in a quality manner. Definitely would recommend!

Very happy with my experience. Owen was able come to the house and replace the tank the same day I contacted him for the quote. This was not an "emergent" situation, so I was pleased it could get done and soon as it did. While he was here we discussed the age of the house and the (original) pressure release valve. We set a time for that to be replaced the next week. All things said, the work was quality, the follow through was terrific and the price was fair. I'm happy to use this company and relieved this task is complete.

Safe and Sound Plumbing handled the plumbing on our bathroom remodel. The bathroom was completely reconfigured with plumbing components relocated amidst a modified floor plan. Everything went according to plan and on schedule. Owen is a professional and was able to resolve whatever anomalies we threw at him. Job well done!

Really appreciate Owen’s help with the last couple of plumbing issues we’ve had come up. He’s clear, straightforward, and practical with solutions. In one case he noted that he could take out an additional pipe, or we could try a drainage product. We did the latter and it worked - so glad he didn’t push us for a solution that would have cost so much more. Definitely would hire again

The work turned out fine. It did not work out the first time and hence they came back the second time to fix it. They did not charge me anything for their second visit. I looked them up on Angie's List and I liked the recommendations that I got for them. They were able to get here quickly and they did a good job. But, the shower started leaking again. So, they came back again for free and fixed it.

Called Owen and he showed up the next day and was very punctual. Process was great. Owen was very punctual and super nice. He listened and understood our concerns and detailed what he would do. Started work the following week. His plumber that showed up was great and very nice. They were in and out in around 4 hours. the job was very clean and they were very respectful of our home. In fact, when we discovered a leak in the shut off valves they were on top of it. They responded within an hour and replaced the faulty valve (which was the manufactures fault, not the plumbers) at no cost.

They have very reasonable prices and they are very punctual. They are reliable and responsive. The quality of their work is high and they are very efficient. I would highly recommend them.

A contractor I hired to replace my water heater cracked a connector and suggested that we call in a plumber to avoid further damage. The water heater is a ''lowboy'' that lives in the corner of my kitchen under the cabinets, a tight and concealed spot. There was a leak in my water heater shutoff, so the water in my whole condo had to remain off until the problem was fixed, making it rather urgent. I called Owen in the morning and he agreed to come at the end of the day, for a minimum $250 fee. I had him on a good recommendation and I wanted the work to be done right, so I agreed. He called and came earlier than expected, he has a nice and reassuring manner and he did a thorough job with very tedious fittings that had to be tightened a millimeter at a time. He also replaced my leaky shutoff. Initially I wasn't thrilled with the $250 minimum fee since the job was already half done but he did the job right. I would definitely call him again for bigger jobs.
