I took the car to Rich's May 23rd to have them look at the car. Met Mark who manages the front desk and answers the phone. Very friendly and helpful. He got the owner Mo who came out and looked at the car and gave me and estimate for work to be done. Mark scheduled me for next week with the caveat that if it was raining I would not be in. He understood and asked me to give him a call the day before the appt. to see how the weather was looking. I did so, the weather looked good and we planned on the appt. the following day. Took the car there May 30th in the morning. Moe put the car in the shop and went to work. It took about an hour and he asked me to come and look at it and see what I thought. It looked like I expected it to look. Was very pleased with the work.

This company is a absolute joke and I will be following up with the BBB after this. They gave me one number for a budget and went triple over the budget and didn't even fix it and left me with a non working convertable top and the new carpeting wasn't even tacked down. you can understand how I felt. When I tried talking to Moe he said either pay me or your not getting your keys. Think about how it feels to watch someone steal your car right in front of your face. It hurts. ugh

The experience was good. They happened to be moving when they accepted the piece, so it took a little longer, but the piece was done well, and I would rate them the highest rating. They delivered the couch about a week ago. The price did not include the fabric that I bought somewhere else. The quality of work was excellent.

The ottoman only took 8-10 days. The price for the ottoman was a very good price, compared to other upholsterers.
