They found the part in inventory of the closest store immediately. The store was fast, reasonably priced, friendly, and extremely helpful.

The old refrigerator stopped working in a rental unit. Time was critical for family with 2 babies and food safety. It was Friday afternoon. This job was difficult because of the discrepency in part numbers. Reliable employees could not have been more helpful in searching the correct replacement parts (overload and relay), and explanation. They were careful and professional, and took extra time to be helpful.
Also they seem to have every tool or part imaginable! Service repairmen from many companies were buying parts there. It's definitely worth the trip to Tukwila - and easy to find.

CALLED TO SEE IF THEY HAD ACCESS TO PARTS FOR MY 30 YEAR OLD OVEN AND STOVE. ALL THEY NEEDED WAS THE SERIAL NUMBER AND MAKE OVER THE PHONE. THEY HAD THE PARTS I NEEDED-IN STOCK-AND SHIPPED THEM TO ME THE SAME DAY SO THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO MAKE THE TRIP TO PICK THEM UP.
