This was a wonderful job: we didn't realize how thorough they'd be: painting the old furnace and HWH vents brown, so they've disappeared into the shingles, and putting tile caps on our chimneys and renewing the concrete at the top has given our house a whole new look; plus the gutters are new and beautiful, making "the lines" of our house much more attractive. Great work. We were remembering the last time the roof was done, in anticipation of having to pick up hundreds of old nails and cellophane strips that the last roofer left, and that didn't happen this time. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly and we are completely pleased. While they were here, we had them shingle our gables and replace some shingles on the tiny-house shed in the back yard, and again, they did perfect work. We have a new house.

They did and fantastic job, accomplished all the job discussed and cleaned up the work site. I would recommend them and ill use them again.

In performing a roof repair, we discovered underlying problems with the existing torch-down roof and decided to replace the whole shebang. RR provided two estimates (TPO vs metal), and we decided to go with TPO. The team replaced the roofing material, gave us a new ridge-vent, a new skylight glass/cover, replaced/enhanced the fascia all around, new capping, ground out/renovated the mortar, flashing, and mud cap on the chimney, and gave us all-new 3" diameter downspouts (9 of them). The crew was punctual, jovial, professional, polite, and efficient. The work is excellent quality in both material and workmanship. We have a rather complicated roofline (false gables, etc) that took more time than usual, but we are exceptionally pleased with the result.

I found them thru my brother that did a lot of research before he hired anybody, based on the results he got is why I chose them. I referred them to a friend before they did my work and they were very pleased, so therefor I decided I wasn't even going to research anyone else based off their reputation. They took care of me in a timely fashion and I was very pleased with the outcome.

The roof is very nice, and the workers were very good and polite. They didnt waste any time and got the job done fast. My neighbors really like my roof.

We're very satisfied with Regal Roofing. They were able to complete everything on-time and in-budget. After the initial estimate, they identified an issue with our gutters (that our home inspector had also identifier), proposed a solution, and implemented the repair. They also identified a potential problem with some of the plywood forming our roof substrate. However, after inspection, they verified there was no problem with the plywood and no further work was needed. All work looks very professional and is expected to hold up for years to come.

Went well within budget. No problems.

Tony was very responsive and professional through all phases of what turned out to be a bigger than expected project due to the discovery of rot in some structural components. I would work with this company anytime and would recommend them without reservation.

Regal was fast to provide an estimate. Upon acceptance, they were fast to respond and did the job on time / as planned. Clean-up was complete, including removal of unused satellite dish. Work area was surrounded by plantings which created an obstacle; the work crew was sensitive to all and did great job in not damaging anything.

I contacted three contractors for bids. Regal provided a written estimate within a couple of days of my initial contact. Regal's estimate was easily the lowest, but consistent with what it seemed was reasonable for a job this size. I was concerned that the job might be too small for some contractors, but Regal never gave me the impression that any job was too big or too small. Regal completed the work within about 7-10 days after I authorized them to proceed. At least some of this time was because it was raining fairly constantly at the time and not ideal weather for removing shingles and siding, and since it was a small job I knew they would be fitting it in with their schedule. I'm happy with the work that was done, and it is consistent with what Tony said he would do to fix the problem. Now rainwater flows into the gutter, instead of down the front of my house.
