I used them here, my daughter?s using them in Georgia. She showed me a number of houses in Orlando. She was still working with me all the way up to closing. I never went into an office, I deal with her strictly on. We did all our conversations over the phone and her meeting us at the properties. I would give them an ?A? on everything. Everything I dealt with them on, they were right there. They were very responsive and there was no cost to me since I wasn?t the one that was paying to sell the property. They were more than willing to meet with me at any time for any property and to convey any concerns back to the sellers. I mean, they were very good representatives for me. They are not a traditional real estate agent, so they don?t get paid based on the property they sell. They have a different motto, I?m not sure what it is, but they don't operate on commissions. So, they are more likely to help you if you got concerns for the property. They are more than willing to help to point out anything while you are looking at the property. I mean, they?re not just there to push the property on you. I guess the fact that they represent the buyer, in the situation I had was very good. Everything about the way they do it isn?t traditional, they don?t compensate their agents the same way. They provided real up-to-date listings of properties that were available faster even than some of the other services. She didn't charge me anything, because they were compensated by the seller of the property.
