Aaron and the crew did excellent work on a difficult job. He was very conscientious, dependable, and made sure everything was done properly.

My wife and I bought a 1960s two story on Mercer Island. A lovely classical colonial house that lacked any modern updates. When we were walking through the house, a family friend mentioned they knew a contractor that could help with the updates. Aaron was the contractor. When we bought the house, I thought we’d slap some new paint on the cabinets and call it a day. My wife had other (and better) plans. Aaron helped her with that vision. We remodeled the entire house. Top to bottom. Aaron did it all and more importantly had a vision for what was possible. Our entire house is practically a rebuild. Aaron found spots to add space and move walls where we didn’t know it was possible. He improved and replaced plumbing, sound proofed walls, added and replaced windows. Literally everything. If you want to remodel a house, Aaron is the best option. That being said, he also specializes in bathrooms. We have since had friends in the housing industry walk through the house - realtors, other contractors, finish carpenters, etc.. They all comment on the overall house (we have people constantly stop when driving by or walking to compliment too - I say this not to brag about our house, but about the quality and craftsmanship of Aaron’s work), but especially are amazed at the bathrooms. From hand laid marble tile to adding double sinks and showers, Aaron did an absolutely amazing job with an incredibly detail-oriented eye. I can’t suggest or recommend Aaron enough. Remodeling is a headache. There’s no doubt about it. Aaron helps to take the burden of that headache and achieve goals that you didn’t know where possible. Hire him.

Aaron did a great job doing mold remediation for a large closet and laundry room. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very fairly priced. I would hire him again.

A complete remodel was performed on my home. All new floors, trim, and plumbing fixtures were installed professionally and in a timely manner. Paint turned out beautifully. Communication with the contractor was easy and clear. Highly recommend!

Our toilet bowl cracked and leaked water everywhere. Aaron and his crew performed all the demolition needed to dry out the affected parts of our house and garage properly. They were careful to set up containments to prevent dust and debris from getting everywhere. They worked fast, set up their drying equipment and came back to check on the project daily. Very thorough. Enjoyed working with them. I definitely recommend them if you need a water remediation company.

Had a water heater line that burst. Caused damage to our kitchen, living room and garage. Aaron and his crew were very responsive. They removed the water and all the damaged drywall and flooring. Very professional and communicative. Highly recommend them.

Dish washer failure. We ran washer before going to bed and woke up to a lot of water that leaked onto the kitchen floor. I cleaned up the water, but we were concerned that the floors would hardwood floors would buckle/ruin. They came out quickly, were professional and set up their equipment and their containment and we were able to save our floors. We were very satisfied with the service and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

We loved working with Rainier Water & Fire Restoration. The experience, beginning to end, was very positive. We were so distraught about the state of our home after a pipe burst and we had major flooding, working with people that were kind, efficient, punctual, communicative and knew what they were doing made the whole process so much less stressful.
