I love my deck awning! The entire staff (sales, finance, appointment, installation) was professional and responsive. Thaddeus was great at listening and helping me get exactly what my family wanted. It was all completed earlier than estimated. Installation was prompt, professional, and provided instruction/advice to use and care for my awning.

They did a good job too. The people that came to uninstalled the old one before the painting were great. But the installers that came back to install the new one didn't seem like they knew exactly what they were doing. One guy seemed like he was learning from the other guy but the main guy we weren't impressed with. He even somehow when he was installing, a little piece of the wallboard came off and he asked me if I could just repaint that little area. Also when they installed the new one they got some dirt on it which I wasn't happy with. It was brand new and it shouldn't have dirt on it. It was just because they didn't kind of clean some things when they were installing it and then their hands. I wasn't that impressed. The salesman and the scheduling with the company, they were really great. They really worked with us because time was of the essence because of the painting issue. At first they didn't know if they would be able to get someone out that quickly but it all worked out. They actually sent me something asking if I was happy and I responded and made some comments about that one guy and they never responded back to me. I thought that was a little weird. Because they didn't respond to me after they asked for my opinion on how things went, they really lacked on their followup and that was disappointing. I didn't do any comparison shopping on the price.

Other awning companies contacted did not return my calls or messages. Rainier responded very quickly and professionally. They also have a showroom with a knowledgeable staff who answered all my questions and made many helpful suggestions. The new awning looks amazing!

Rainier Industries did my shade. I had to send the shade back three times and they were very good about that, because they screwed up both times. They had no qualms about taking it back. I think they usually do a good job. I think this was just sort of a fluke. I've dealt with them in the past and haven't had any trouble. I wanted the product because even with the awning, our patio was much too sunny and this is something that helps shade us from the sun in the patio. This is a new product that they offer. Mine was actually only the second or third one that they installed. I'm sure that's partly one of the reasons they didn't get it right the first two times. The salesman came back later to take pictures of it and see if I was happy with it and he apologized for the delays.

They have no record of having the shades removed and were not responsive in trying to schedule a time to reinstall our shades. Eventually, we were able to get them to come out to complete the job.  The quality of the product is pretty good, but the workman were just so-so.

WE WERE NOT REAL PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WE RECEIVED FROM RAINIER INDUSTRIES. THEY MADE ERRORS WHEN HANGING THE AWNING. THEN WHEN IT BLEW OFF THE HOUSE, THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US TO FIX IT.

I SAW THEIR AD IN A LOCAL TRADE MAGAZINE. THEY WERE PROMPT TO RESPOND AND CAME TO MY HOME FOR THE MEASUREMENTS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND WOULD BE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND THEM
