Positive experience all the way through. First time I've ever had such a positive experience with the actual installers. About 6 to 7 guys showed up to do the work which I was very pleased with. I had feared that the installers might have been short-staffed as I have often seen on other non-Rainier projects. The guys were great together and seemed to really mesh well with each other. Everyone knew exactly what they were supposed to do. The lead and another gentleman took the time to explain the various features and recommended maintenance. Installation probably took only around 90 minutes or less. No mess left behind. Highly recommend.
