Quick response,cleaned up afterwards.Only concern was they did not provide extensions to direct flow away from foundation. They recommended digging to create slopes and or propping up existing separate rubber drain flow pieces to direct water down but down spouts seemed short and did not reach these well,.

Rain City crew did a fine job on our gutters. They were prompt and easy to work with. One small detail was wrong--the downspouts on either side of our front porch were not matching--but I didn't notice it until a few weeks later when we repainted, and it wasn't worth calling them back to fix at that point, and we sold the house shortly later. I'm sure they would have corrected it if I had asked.

My request for service was answered promptly. Then he went out to the site the same day and called me with an estimate. I met him on the site the following day where he and an assistant installed the new gutters very effectively and in a timely manner. I will definitely call this contractor again for gutter work.

Very well. Some delay in getting a response to get a bid, but generally responded well, considering it is the rush season for new gutters, that is fall before the rains really start. Nice to work with, cleaned up after the work and didn't push additional items. It occurred to me to ask him about gutter guards near the end of the job and he gave me a bid to do that also the same day. Everything seems to be well done.

After the repair, one side of the gutter is still broken. When we called him about the issue, he said he's going to come again to fix, but didn't show up. We called again, and finally he showed up, but didn't fix it properly. The gutter was still broken, and we have to hire other people to fix the issue.
