He did a really good job and it looks great. He got the job done in 2 hours. The cleanup was really good. The scheduling was good and he got to me within a couple of days.

David came over to the home I am renting to fix a leak in the glass on a
wall in the green house and to reattach a door.   He showed up an hour
early and went straight to the back yard without announcing himself in
any way.  He knew I was going to be home and yet he didn't bother to say
he was here or introduce himself or even knock to see if someone was
home.  All that needed done was a quick caulk job, which I could easily
have done. I went outside to mow my lawn and he asked me to stop since
he said he is, "Highly allergic."  He then attached the door (3 screws)
in the greenhouse and when I went to see what he was doing, he had
broken 2 of the glass panels in the greenhouse (about 4' x 4').  I asked
him what he was going to do about it, and he said he would go get
plexiglas, even though all the other panels are glass.  I told him I
thought he needed to speak to the owner, because I didn't think she
would be happy about that.  He said, "What can I do?" meaning he had no
choice but to use plexiglas insead of glass.  I told him to speak with
her.  I gave him her phone number, and he said she did not reply, so he
went to Lowe's and when I came back outside, he had attached a piece of
opaque fiber board where glass should be, so now there is no light in
that area of the greenhouse.  When I told him it was unacceptable and
shoddy work, he said, "I will deal with the home owner on this issue."
So, he broke the glass, and then it descended from using plexiglas to a
substandard opaque material.  When I told him he should at least go get
plexiglas, he said, "It's expensive.  It's $100.00 a sheet."  I told
him he was the one who had broken the window and should make it right.
He didn't like my telling him it was "ridiculous" and kept repeating he
would take it up with the owner.  It doesn't matter. He did shoddy
work, he was unprofessional and he left glass and nails everywhere
inside and out of the greenhouse.  Do not use this guy!!!  He is
useless.
