Sewing Machine Repair
The machine was repaired and ready for pick up when they told me it would be. It runs really smoothly. They accepted a coupon that I had seen advertised on their web site but hadn't printed out. Only after I expressed interest in a new, more reliable machine did they show me theirs for sale and recommend a more expensive computerized model. It is something to add to my holiday wish list.

Sewing Machine Repair
They tried to sell me a new machine and told me that mine was just too old to fix but another place was able to take care of my machine. Both times, I left there thinking that they didn?t touch the machine and that there was very little that they corrected, if anything.

Vacuum Cleaners
WORK PERFORMED FIXED THE PROBLEM, BUT THE WORK WAS NOT DONE ON THE SCHEDULE PROVIDED. NO CONTACT WAS MADE WITH CUSTOMER UNTIL I CAME IN TO PICK UP AND THEN WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ANOTHER TWO WEEKS.
