It went really well and they did it immediately after I called. I was lucky they had an opening.

It was covered by my insurance. They were very friendly and all that, but I ended up having to go back because the nature of rock chip repair, it's kind of a clear goop, epoxy kind of thing, that they ooze into the kind of a spider that starts to form on your windshield. It doesn't make it go away completely, it just prevents it from expanding, so that you need your full windshield replaced. I ended up having to go back there because I wasn't really happy with what it was looking like. But they explained to me that's how it is. They were good on responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. Punctual, professional. It took about 20 minutes, so it wasn't a long relationship.

Car was broken into via rear passenger side window on a Thursday night. I called at 8am Friday morning and he was able to order and pick up the glass for me to drop my car off at 10am. Window was repaired in less than 2 hours. Perfect timing since I needed to drive up to Canada Friday night! He was at least $50 cheaper than all other places AND could get me in same day. All others couldn't schedule me until the next week.

I brought two cars to the shop to replace cracked windshields on two different occasions. Both times I was able to get an appointment very quickly. I dropped the car and walked down the street to Starbucks while they did the repair. They finished early on one car and on time with the other. The quality of the work was great. The guys at the shop were pleasant and there was minimal paperwork to mess with. I went through my insurance company for the repairs and had a glass benefit so I didn't pay anything and cannot comment on the shop's prices.

We contacted Quality Auto Glass the day after our window shattered by something hitting it.  They were able to get us in on the same day we called them.  It took only 2 hrs. for them to replace the window.  They also had an Angie's List coupon for 10% off which they applied.  Fantastic response, fantastic price, and quality work.

Based on Angie's List reviews, called for estimate for a cracked windshield.  Company quoted price and added that molding might also have to be replaced and the cost for that . Company added they needed two day's notice for an appointment and repair would take about two hours.
Called two day's in advance and was given an appointment.  Showed up on time and they were expecting me.  Technician also noted my windshield wipers were misaligned; he would fix that for no charge.  There is a Starbucks a few blocks away and Greenlake is not much farther.  Returned two hours later to find windshield replacement completed and car ready to go.  Total cost, with Angie's List coupon, was $100 less than national chain online quote.  Replacement windshield appears identical to original.
Overall experience was pleasant and professional.  If we ever need new auto glass, this is the first place we will check.

The service went well. My insurance covered the cost of everything but the detectable. The staff were very helpful. It did not take long to get the car back from them. They completed the job in less than an hour and scheduling the appointment was easy.

I stopped in at Quality Auto Glass prior to ask about windshield replacement.  Justin said to show him the windshield; maybe it wouldn't need complete replacement. Good that they would consider a repair, but crack was too big.  He gave me an estimate and said that they could do the job with one day's notice as long as there was time available.  I called a couple of weeks later and I did get an appointment the next day.  They estimated a two-hour wait.  They were on time for my 9:30 app't and I was able to walk to a coffee shop a couple of blocks up Aurora.  When I came back at 11:20 the work was all done and the paperwork was ready.  I have waited to write this (the sun kept shining!) so that now the windshield has sat through lots of sun, a tormenting downpour, and a commercial car wash.  All is well. Nothing spectacular to report and that's the way l like it: They did what they said they would do, on time, and it's great not to be looking around that crack in the windshield.  BTW, Angie's List coupon is not applicable to insurance deductible.

Three weeks ago I had a small ding on my windshield.  Yesterday I noticed a long line crack coming from the ding. I was not sure what to do so I went to Angies list and found Quality Auto Glass on Aurora. I called and they explained how this happens and what they could do. I took the car up to them that day.  They were busy but said they would definitely be able to fix this today. They

These guys are great. They are normally closed on Saturday, but came in to replace my windshield. When the replacement windshield arrived damaged, Justin said it would be another couple of hours and offered his service truck to me so I could run errands. The work was top notch and everybody at the shop was super friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anybody and would use them again if another one of those dump trucks dropping gravel on I-5 breaks my windshield.

They did a fantastic job. 
We dropped off the car before work, then picked it up after. Done and done.

Called me back quickly to set up appointment. Very pleasant and helpful in conversation. Window replaced quickly, at estimated cost and within specified time. These folks have very high ratings everywhere and there is a good reason for that! Very service-oriented.

This has been lost in the unfinished drafts for awhile.  I simply wanted to make sure to let others know this place does a good, affordable job.  Basically I took the car in, waited at nearby Greenlake Park for awhile and came back to pick up a restored window.  One time I might have gotten a ride home, as the car was getting detailed at the same time.  I think detailing is a luxury that may not be for me.  Find the shampoo scents in two different places have left me gasping and driving with open windows for awhile.

I don't usually write reviews but in this case I feel that Mike, the owner of Quality Auto Glass went so far out of his way to provide great service that a review is merited.  
The problem started when I was doing yard work and shot a rock out of my weed wacker breaking one of the side windows in my 1997 Honda Odyssey.  I called one of the larger auto glass companies and they quoted me a price of $349 because this glass was special order.  Because it was late Friday evening and their shops were closed they said they would keep a copy of the quote on file so that on Monday morning when I called the shop they would have it.  They had asked me if my windows were tinted or non tinted and I told them they were non tinted and was supposedly quoted on this.
In addition to calling this company I had also called a pick-n-pull in Lynnwood and a few other glass companies.  The pick-n-pull did have an Odyssey of the same year and the window would only cost $24 so I decided that my first move would be to try to get the glass out of this first if I could.  I planned to go there the next morning to try to pull it out.  That evening I got a call from Mike, the owner of Quality Auto Glass,  one of the companies I had called.  I explained my situation and what I planned to do.  He told me that it would be difficult for me to pull the window without the right tool because of the way it was installed in the car.  He offered to loan me a tool to try to get it out if I wanted to do it myself or he could do it for a fee.  He also said he would look around for a new window for the van at a lower price.  We arranged for me to call him Monday morning to let him know what I wanted to do.
On Saturday morning I went up and found the Odyssey in the pick-n-pull.  The window was in good shape but it was tinted.  Over the weekend I also watched a couple of videos of guys trying to get windows out of cars using the tool he had offered to loan me and became convinced that It would be too difficult for me to do it without breaking the glass.  On Monday morning I called Mike and told him that I was having second thoughts about doing it myself.  I told him I was thinking about just getting the new window from the other company.  He told me that he had had no luck finding a cheaper window and thought that I had been misquoted by the other company.  He said that he had found a window for the same price that was tinted but that the only non tinted window available for a 1997 Odyssey that he could find was about $500 and would have to be sent from the east coast at additional cost.  He said that he used the same data base as the other company and was fairly sure that they could not get the window for what they had quoted me.  He told me to check with them again.  He said if it was a mistake the quote probably would not be in their system  He said that if it was in their system they had probably quoted me on the tinted version of the window and that if this was the case he could put it in for a better price.  He also again offered to meet me at the pick-n-pull to get the other window out for about $100 service fee and then said he would recommend a tinting service so at least my windows would look balanced.  With the $100 to get the window out, plus the $25 for the window and another $80 - $100 to install it, it was still cheaper, even with tinting, then the other company putting in the new one.
After talking to him I called the other company and sure enough, the quote was not in their system.  I had asked for a quote on the side window and windshield which was cracked and they only had the windshield quote, the other had disappeared, just like Mike said it would.  I called him back and made arrangements to meet him the next morning at the pick-n-pull.  He told me to call around 10 am.  When I called, he had already pulled the window and was on his way back to his shop.  He told me he had good news.  The tinting on the used window had been after market so for an extra fee he could remove the tinting and it would be a perfect match with our other windows.
I met Mike at his shop and had him put the window in and also the windshield.  Even with all the extra work the whole thing was still $70 cheaper then the original quote I had gotten from the other larger company.  We were so happy with the work that we decided to replace the windshield in our other car which was cracked as well.  
Because of their great customer service and quality work I would highly recommend these guys.

Contacted onkline. Insurance called to vrify. called early in the morning with a more definite time.  Came on time, replaced windshield within 1 hr.  Professional and excellent job. Installer friendly and courteous.

I took my car to Quality Auto Glass some time back to have the sun roof sealed shut. At the time I was very pleased with the service and the workmanship although I parked my car in the garage and we had a very long dry  summer. Later in the year I started parking outside and it was then that I realized the sun roof was leaking again. At that time I called Quality Auto Glass and they would have fixed it under warranty but it had been more than a year since my service.
We had a couple conversations about scheduling an appointment and they ended up fitting me in with very short notice because I needed to loan the car to a friend. I wanted to wait awhile before I gave the review and it has now been several months and no sign of a leak. I was pleased with their work and especially grateful for scheduling the work on short notice when they were quite busy.
