I reached out to them in August and asked to get on the schedule. I never received a call. I received a call from them in mid-September saying they had a cancellation and could clean my gutters and roof that day. I told them I was out of town but could pay by credit card if they wanted to go. They never contacted me and never sent me a form. I reached out to them again at the end of September and never heard back. Horrible customer service and not reliable at all.

Very unreliable company with poor communication. Practically a scam. They asked for a deposit and never even started the project. Four weeks later after the scheduled date and after numerous calls we are in a stand still trying to figure out how to get our money back. Do not give them deposit upfront! They will run away with it, will not do the work at all and will cut communications with you! We made numerous calls on the published phone. Multiple times they promised somebody will call back to resolve the issue. Nobody ever returned a single call. This scenario repeated over and over multiple times, so we had to explicitly ask about the name of the person that answers the phone. We have the impression it is the same person, but she presents herself with several different names. They also never provided a manager or a supervisor on the phone, getting stuck on the same sentence “Somebody will call you back” then they cut the call. I am glad we did not go further with this company on our roof repair. If the initial experience is such imagine the quality of the work that they will provide! Stay away from this company if you do not want to get scammed! Hope this review will help somebody else to do not make the same mistake we did.

The contractor collected deposit for the materials and never performed the work. We went back and forth and never got through their receptionist to talk with a manager, owner or a contractor or somebody that can tell us when the work can start. We ended up hiring different company to do the work, since the sunny summer days are about to be over. After many weeks of delay, numerous calls to the office and multiple messages left, currently we are stuck in stand still trying to get our money back. We are about to file a law suit in the small claims court. I would never recommend this company and hope this review help someone else to avoid the situation we are in.

I can't speak highly enough of Vic and his staff. I emailed last night and asked if they could come and clean my roof and my gutters (inside and out) today or next week. He fit me in today...less than 24 hours later. He was exceptionally punctual - was her right when he said he would be and took exactly the amount of time he said he would. He even lowered my original quote when I explained that I have what I call an "Oompa Loompa" house - it's only 660 sf and one story with a slight roof. Additionally, as an added bonus, he put in filters on my downspouts so the pine needles in my back yard don't back the drain pipes up. He was extremly respectful and very easy to talk to. He went to his work and when he was done he showed me digital picture that he took of my roof and gutters to show me how clean they are. All in all it was an excellent experience and I would DEFINITELY call them again to have this work done. Thanks Vic!

Vic was respectful, courteous and very easy to talk with. He quickly provided a reasonable estimate to complete the designated work. We scheduled the work a few days later. Vic arrived on time and quickly began to work after informing me of how long the work may take. He worked hard throughout the day with only a small lunch break. The bid and time estimates where spot on! When the work was complete, my duplex looked like new! I was pleasantly surprised with Vic's performance. Thanks Vic!
