They started cleaning in July and they went through selling my house in November. I had them come out every other week so they charged me once every other week for two and a half hours worth of cleaning. It varied anywhere from $90 to $120. They were excellent. I wanted them to come clean my house where I am now, but they don't want to drive that far north.
I actually registered with Angie's List to see if they had any reviews here, but unfortunately not. I decided to give them a shot anyway since the email correspondence went so well and I am glad I did.
Zoya was my cleaner and she was awesome! She showed up on time with her supplies and came ready to work. I'm not kidding when I say she was straight to business cleaning my bathroom within the first minute of arrival. The bathroom wound up being spotless and she even arranged my bathroom toiletries in a presentable manner.
Both the kitchen and living room were vacuumed, dusted, wiped down on applicable areas, and organized much better than before. Zoya even arranged my spices on top of the oven for me.
Beyond being much cleaner than it was (or actually ever has been, to be honest), the place just looks much nicer now that Pure cleaned it. I'd been neglecting certain areas for longer than I'd care to admit, and Zoya took care of them with no problems. I highly recommend Pure House Cleaning and am glad I gambled and gave them a shot!
After the cleaning service concluded, It was confirmed that the team missed an entire bathroom as well as half of the master bath. The level of clean received compared to what had been promised was not even close and when contacting Pure to find out what happened, while on the surface apologetic was more focused on closing the deal to schedule ongoing service rather than actually following through on the initial commitments. Even with a discount this would not be worth your time or effort. It is unfortunate.
I wanted to make sure when I listed my condo for sale that the kitchen and bathroom were sparkling clean. I engaged Pure House Cleaners to concentrate on these areas, as well as the interior windows and I was very, very pleased with the results. Maria, the cleaner, arrived in a timely manner and she worked very hard from the moment she got there until the moment she left. And talk about results! I had somewhat hard-to-clean granite countertops both in the bathroom as well as the kitchen and Maria left such a shine on them that when the photographs were taken for my listing, the shine actually came out in the photographs (I kid you not). As well, the tub/shower had never been that clean. And the best thing of all is that there were no toxic fumes or concerns about the cleaning products--important to my health and those of my pets.
Maria obviously took pride in her work, and walked me around the areas she'd cleaned before leaving. I was impressed both with her work ethic, and for the administration of Pure House Cleaners, who took a thorough briefing from me when I booked the service, sent me a quote that was fair and accurate, and confirmed everything in writing to me via email. When I say I would use them again I mean it. In fact, I have them booked to come and clean the house I'm moving into shortly. Nice to know that the A reviews written here were accurate. I can confirm that they are.
We are very happy with the quality of the work they have done.
The house looked clean if given only the briefest inspection, but that was likely due to the fact that it was pretty clean to begin with and there were the obligatory vacuum lines in the carpets.
The kitchen (which was one of my two primary requests) had been barely touched, if at all. The bathroom had not been given a deep clean, as I had requested.
The team spent less time there than they had anticipated, so they were gone by the time I returned and I could not address issues with them while they were still here.
I was eventually given a partial refund, but I still feel I paid far more than the the value of the services received.
This company would probably be fine for regular cleanings, but I would not recommend them for deep cleaning or move-in/move-out work.
Jim, I guess he is manager at the company, called me to follow up and asked if there is anything that got missed or if I had any concerns.
To sum it up, it was pleasant experience and I got exactly what I requested!
The cleaning person didn't fool around, she got right to the job at hand and did a great job. She cleaned a lot of messy areas with green cleaning products which kept the smell under control. I would recommend Pure Clean to anyone who wants a good job done in a timely and professional way.
