The crew who came out to help me were great. Very thorough and careful with my things. Placed boxes in the rooms where I wanted them, and even had some great ideas for where to place furniture. Very satisfied!

Their entire team from the estimating, follow-up, and signing on with inside administrators to their entire moving team from the day we loaded until the time we unloaded was sensational. Caring, communicative, and going above and beyond to make sure they made us feel comfortable during a very stressful time was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this team. Tami was the person I worked with on the inside to come to terms with the pricing and make sure I understood what was included. Carlos was the lead mover on the load/unload day and he and his team of three other people had fabulous attitudes and cared for all our personal possessions! My wife and I have made 14 previous moves in our years together including 6 previous long-distance moves and we have never had such a positive experience as we did with this company; Seattle - Richland is now another long-distance move and they were exceptional!

Carlos and his team were amazing. They were friendly, fast, careful, and made sure that all items were moved to the right rooms in the new place. I was blown away by their service and would absolutely use them again if I need to move.

These guys were so professional , prompt, hard working! They pretty much made my move so much easier than I imagined. Kept asking me what else can we do? Wanted to make sure it was as effortless as possible. Highly recommend!!

I hired this company and although they were good value, one of the movers showed up with his mask below his nose and throughout the day rarely wore it. I asked him to wear it when he was inside and he continually complained and made me very uncomfortable. The other mover wore it all day without complaint.

Initially, when they showed up short a man and a truck I was a little nervous, but the crew knocked out our house like it was nothing and were both diligent and conscientious. Would definitely hire again.

We engaged Puget Sound Moving for moving furniture only on July 27. I filled out their detailed inventory so they would have all the information needed. I agreed to their estimate and set up the move. At 8:30 am on Monday, July 27, three men arrived (without masks). The person in charge did not introduce himself, or his crew. We took him on a tour of the premises so he could get an idea of the job. When we reached the upstairs master bedroom he became agitated and stated that this is not a 7-hour job but a 12-hour job and my truck is not big enough. I asked him if he received the inventory that I had completed, to which he responded no. I asked for an estimate of the costs with the extra hours so that I could get an idea of how much money I would need. He walked downstairs and out of the house, speaking with someone on the phone and swearing. My husband asked if we could start moving since it was going to take longer, and the man tried to engage us in an argument, but we kept silent. He then said that he did not need to do this job, that he had another, and got his men in the truck and left. This all happened within 10 minutes of their arrival. We believe he had no intention of doing this job when he showed up. It was supposed to reach over 90 degrees that day. I immediately called the office, got no answer, left a detailed voicemail which was never answered. I emailed the office manager that I had been working with and the email was never answered. This company should not be listed anywhere for service. They are very unprofessional. I was fortunate to engage another mover that had a cancellation, but it cost me a premium far and above what I should have paid.

We are very fortunate to have Puget Sound Moving as our movers, a wise choice indeed.The three gentleman that moved our Magnolia home on July 16th were the finest people anyone could hope for.They are outstanding professionals with valued knowledge that that gets stress free results. They are friendly and considerate and anticipate needs without being asked or told. And we all had a few good laughs as well.I have moved five households in my 68 years and this by far has been the most organized, the easiest, and the best price of all. So if you need to get a move on do yourself a big favor and hire Puget Sound Moving now!

Antonio and his crew from Puget Sound Moving were amazing. They worked efficiently, quickly and carefully to pack up all our belongings and move to our new house. They were fully prepared with packing and wrapping materials. They were friendly and answered questions and worked with us to get everything we wanted on the truck! The price came out less than quoted, how many times does that happen in life!? Thank you for the great service, would hire again for my next move!
